Testosterone Spermosis is a female reproductive system disorder characterized by:

- low weight

- abnormally high or low appetite without proper weight gain.

- abnormally high libido seen in late puberty and beyond.

- mood shifts and swings when a female period would be present.

- unable to become pregnant. Can impregnant other unaffected females.

- the production of sperm that holds the affected females DNA, genetics and genes. They have female orgasams, but ejaculate like a male.

- a male penis in place of where the female vagina would be.

Though an extremely rare disorder, only having 62 known cases ever recorded, the disorder has been thoroughly studied in the 1960s to 1970s. The disorder is not genetic/hereditary and cannot run in families. The disorder happends in the womb to any female who had a reproductive deformity. The disorder goes entirely unnoticed throughout the pregnancy, and is only see after the baby is born.

Though the disorder is mainly characrized by a male penis on a female body, nothing else Is affected compared to a normal male body. The affected female still has her all X chromosomes, still had female genetics, DNA, and body type, the females still develop breasts and go through female puberty, they have a female voice and feminine features like unaffected females.

The affected female has the ability to impregnate other unaffected females who have fertalizable eggs, who are able to conceive. The baby will have the mother who carried them, and the mother who fertilized them.

The social effect of this disorder on the affected is drastic in affects, some women are isolated and taughted throughout their entire life, while others are never found out for this and live completely normal lives. To keep the women who suffer from this safe, it is adived that only the nuclear family, mainly the mother and father, to know. The doctors and nurses who helped during the birth can be made to sign NDAs making sure that they stay quiet and won't tell. Schools and doctors, other than the specially assigned doctors, don't have to know.

The disorder is rare and weird, no particular female is at more or less of an advantage at getting it.
