(Asher pov) Though Lee and I did get to hang out, it wasn't fully enough now that I look back at it.

(phone conversation) "Hello?"
"Hey, Rick. How are you?"
"I'm great, what's up?"
"Uh..can you do me a favor?"
"Yeah, bud. What's up?"
"Uh, I was thinking of inviting Lee to come along with me and my other friends for sprinter break, an--"
And, because you're afraid to ask, you want me to ask for Cece's permission if she can come, right?" He guess.
"Yeah, so will you do it, please?"
"Sure, I'll see what I can do."
"Thanks, Rick." (phone conversation end)

"Man, I really hope she shows."
As I was having the time of my life with my friends, I felt a bit bummed that she still didn't come yet. While I put my earplugs to listen to music, I received a text.
Once we got to our destination, I checked the messages and it was from Rick.
"Cece said, "yeah, she can go."I read
"She is on her way.I'm having one of my buddies to get her over there." He second-text.
I texted back, "Great, thanks again, Ricky." with "🙂🙏" emojis.
He replied saying, "Your welcome, Ash. Have fun! Want me to come to get you guys after?"
"Yeah." I answered him and then he last sent me a "👍🏻" emoji. After that, I went back to texting Elizabeth. All she said, 'Behind you.' and almost immediately, I felt a snowball being thrown at me. I turned around to see who did that.
"What th-. oh my gosh, she came!!" I said, turning around to see Elizabeth. I smiled pretty big while we were running to each other.
"HI!!!" She yelled happily as she hugged me and then introduced herself to my friends. We did some selfies and chitchat a bit, ride on snow sleds, and then started doing snow angels.

"I'm really, really glad you came, Elizabeth." I said, staring at her with a smile on my face.
"Yeah, me too, Jonah." She replied, smiling.
Later on, when it was getting a bit dark, everybody all gather around the fire. Honestly, it's great seeing her happily interact with my friends.
"Hey, man. What's with the guitar?"
"Nothing, I just like to bring it with me sometimes, you know." I simply explain.
"That's true. So...what song are you going to play?"
"Not sure, any suggestions?"
"How about you, Andiman?"
"Hmm...nope, I got nothing, sorry. I'm sure whatever you're going to play, it'll sound great." She says, which made me smile.
"Okay, I'll just make up something for chorus and then we'll see how it goes. How bout that?"
"Sure, whatever. Just play the guitar." I immediately brought the guitar close to me and started to sing.
