Jecoliah walks into Sherlock's living room as he was abusing his new deerstalker cap by punching it as he says "why is it always the hat photograph?"  and John was reading the paper and says out loud when he finds what he's looking for  "Bachelor John Watson"?" Sherlock asks as he twists the hat in his hands "what kind of hat is it anyway? is it a cap? why has it got two fronts?"  John replies "it's a deerstalker"  then he reads from the article "frequently seen in the company of bachelor John Watson ..."  Sherlock mutters softly as he pretends to throw it "you stalk a deer with a hat? what are you gonna do – throw it? some sort of death frisbee?"  he turns his head when he hears Jecoliah softly chuckle from the doorway of his living room and he smiles at her she walks over to him and coos softly "well I don't know about anyone else but I think you look very handsome in it!"  he smiles hiding his blush as she kisses his lips softly "okay, this is too much we need to be more careful"  John says "what do you mean, more careful?"  Sherlock asks now that his attention has been diverted from the "ear hat" "as long as Jeco....!"  he adds looking at the woman he loves with love in his eyes "that's my point one of these days she may.... that isn't a deerstalker now; it's a Sherlock Holmes hat I mean that you're not exactly a private detective any more"  John replies he pinches his fingers so they're an inch apart and says "you're this far from famous"  Sherlock replies "oh, it'll pass"  he sits down in his chair taking Jecoliah with him as he wraps his arm around her waist and she smiles as she lets him do so "it'd better pass the press will turn, Sherlock they always turn, and they'll turn on you"  John says Jecoliah looks at Sherlock and thinks to herself "I bet that's James' next play now that William's the "center of attention" James will want to bring him down to his lowest point so he can keep his promise"  Sherlock smiles at her then looks at John and says "it really bothers you"  John asks "what?"  Sherlock says "what people say"  John replies "yes and I bet it bothers Liah too"  Sherlock looks at Jecoliah who shrugs then says "the only opinions that matter to me are the people that are the closest to me everyone is intitled to their own opinion and many times they're wrong.... I mean just look at Donovan and Anderson they're ALWAYS wrong! besides as long as we're together we can handle anything they throw at us"  John smiles then says "just try to keep a low profile find yourself a little case this week stay out of the news"  Jecoliah replies "no case is small when William's working on it you know this John!"  John chuckles and Sherlock smiles at her.... while "working" Moriarty found a way to send a picture of him sitting on a throne in a crown and cape to his wife who chuckled softly when she saw it "you look sexy!"  she types back playing along with his ego and she knew he would be smiling at that reply she just wondered how he'd take the news she has to give him whenever he returns home.... again.... she wasn't going to tell him now she wanted him to focus so that no one she cares for gets hurt.... again.... she knows both Mycroft and Sherlock are smart enough to get it before Moriarty expects them too and that they'll play along and pretend that they don't just to maybe not satisfy his ego but find out his true plan what he REALLY wants out of all this.... HIS game.... a few days after the "ear hat" abuse incident Jecoliah ends up answering Sherlock's forever trilling phone Sherlock looks up from his microscope when he hears Jecoliah coo playfully with a smirk "someone's being naughty!"  he stands up and walks over to her asking as he walks "who!?!"  she replies as she shows him the text on his phone "the king of consulting criminalization!"  he looks at the screen which says "come and play. Tower Hill. Jim Moriarty x"  he looks at her kisses her lips then says "I've got to go!"  she smiles then nods and watches as he walks away from her and gets ready to leave.... Niyusha walks into the courtroom as Moriarty asks the woman who was uncuffing him "would you mind slipping your hand into my pocket?"  the woman looks at one of the officers with her who nods and she slides her hand into his suit pocket.... Moriarty's eyes widen briefly in surprise when he hears the sexiest soft voice he's ever heard ask with a playful tone "it's big isn't it!?!"  the woman who was going for his piece of gum that was in his pocket quickly pulls her hand out and he chuckles.... "it seems she's afraid of how big it is so allow me good sir!"  Niyusha teases as she walks into Moriarty's line of sight she slides her hand into his pocket squeezes his thigh gently and slides her hand over his hard for her scepter then pulls out the piece of gum, shows it to him then lays it on her tongue as he watches her with an amused expression on his face she leans forward and kisses his lips sliding her tongue and the piece of gum into his mouth as she kisses him his eyes widen and he moans softly at the delectable softness of the kiss and is disappointed when she pulls away his body moves with hers for a few seconds then he straightens and says softly "thanks"  she replies with a smile "no problem.... have fun!"  then she walks away listening to him softly chuckle at her departing figure.... Jecoliah stands outside the bathroom of the courthouse where Sherlock was at this very moment being bothered by a little bird as he washes his hands "you're him"  the "little bird" says "wrong toilet"  Sherlock replies not amused by the interruption "I'm a big fan"  the little bird says "evidently"  Sherlock replies Jecoliah chuckles softly "I read your cases, follow them all.... sign my shirt, would you?"  the little bird asks Jecoliah does her best to hold back her laughter as Sherlock says "there are two types of fans"  the little bird replies "oh?"  Sherlock says ".."catch me before I kill again" – type A...."  the little bird asks "uh-huh what's Type B?"  Sherlock replies ".."your bedroom's just a taxi ride away".."  the little bird says "guess which one I am"  Sherlock replies "neither"  the little bird asks with a slightly nervous tone "really?"  Jecoliah mutters under her breath "don't quit your day job sweety for you're messin with the wrong genius! you're not foolin him you're only making a bigger fool of yourself the more you go on tryin to impress the masses!"  as Sherlock tells the little bird "no you're not a fan at all those marks on your forearm: edge of a desk you've been typing in a hurry, probably pressure on; facing a deadline"  the little bird asks "that all?"  Jecoliah whispers "oh hunny don't bother the genius when he's on a roll!"  as Sherlock says to the little bird "and there's a smudge of ink on your wrist; and a bulge in your left jacket pocket"  the little bird replies "bit of a giveaway"  Sherlock says "the smudge is deliberate, to see if I'm as good as they say I am"  he sniffs nosily then says "hmm oil-based; used in newspaper print, but drawn on with an index finger; your finger"  the little bird hums "journalist unlikely you'd get your hands dirty at the press you put that there to test me"  Sherlock says  "wow! I'm liking you"  the little bird replies "you mean I'd make a great feature: "Sherlock Holmes – the man beneath the hat".."  Sherlock says "kinky!"  Jecoliah teasingly whispers "but not happening.... not with her anyway!"  she whispers after a short pause....
