Imagine being Michael's girlfriend;
It's your 21st birthday, so your family decide to throw you a birthday party, with some friends and family to celebrate..

But with your boyfriend being away touring the world with his best friends in their band, you weren't really in the 'party' mood to celebrate without him, or the boys.

So you decide to just go up to your room and try skyping Michael, knowing that that'll cheer you up a bit.

You log onto Skype and see that Michael's offline, great.

You fall back on your bed, staring up at the ceiling for several minutes.

You turn to your side and look at the picture of you and Michael that you have sitting on your bedside table smiling at it, you missed him so much.

Your face changes when you hear someone singing and playing the guitar...surely it's not Michael, sure he's in another country...

You look to your guitar stand to see it empty; so whoever that is playing, has stolen your guitar from your room - even better.

But you stop in your tracks when you hear the voice..it sounds like Michael, you'd recognise his voice anywhere...
You stand up and notice that the sound is coming from outside your garden..

So you run down the stairs as fast as you can, desperate to find out who was playing.

You reach outside to see a group of people crowding around whoever was playing.

You frantically push past the crowds, the anxiety building up as the sound and voice for both louder and clearer.

You push past the last person, stumbling into the openness of the crowd.

You look up, it's Michael.

He's actually here, in your garden, playing your guitar, singing songs, in the same place as you..on your birthday!!

He smiles, "Hey Y/N. Happy birthday, babe."

Tears fill your eyes as you slam yourself against his chest cuddling him, not wanting to let him go.

You sob, "I thought you couldn't be here..."

He grins as he wraps his arms tight around you, "I'm hardly going to miss my baby's 21st birthday now, am I? That would make me a terrible boyfriend!"

For the rest of the day, you sit beside Michael; just watching him play and listening to him sing and he plays and sings some songs for you, your friends and family...

Best birthday surprise. Ever.
