So here's a tutorial for how I do perspective

So first, I drew the body normally except a little smaller to scale. Then I drew the arms diagonally as if it's going right to you.

Then I drew the hand attached to the arm. (If you end up redrawing both the arm and hand multiple times, it's okay! I had to do it a few times myself). It may also help if you move or shrink the image a bit for more space and if you don't have the space, you can expand the canvas.

Now here's the hand all completed!
