Description: Tokuro use to be an angel from heaven, until he did a big mistake and fallen down then became a fallen angel. Tokuro felt hopeless since he can't get into heaven anymore, until he got encountered by Tsukasa Kadoya and told him about the fighting tournament and that he needs to save the world. Tsukasa also told him that he's teaming up with Blitzø who's a Demon while also a Kamen Rider, he hesitated for a bit but accepted the offer. He was cold to Blitzø at first because he was a Demon, but later on he accepted and realised that there's more to demons than just their appearance.
