Long ago there was a woman who desired a child to call her own. Begging the alchemists and scholars in her village and yet not being able to successfully conceive a child. So in a last ditch attempt of pure desperation, she wrote a letter and made the pilgrimage to the temple of the Jade Emperor himself.

Entering the temple, she looked up at the statue of the Supreme King of Heaven. "My King, I come here not for wealth or prosperity, but for something I have not been able to cherish. I wish for a daughter. Someone to make my existence a little less lonely. I have here in my hand a letter for you." She prays before setting the letter at the Jade Emperor's feet and taking her time to leave.

The Jade Emperor had overheard the prayer and even collected the letter. Reading it over, he decides to do something about it. His solution was to get a group of various gods together. These gods included: Pangu, Bixia, Yang Asha, Yue Lao, and a few others.

Pangu had a large Jade bowl in his hands as he looked at his emperor. "My King? For what do you desire to be created?" He asks, realizing that the look on the emperor's face looked serious.

The emperor looks at his specific group. "There is a woman who desires a child. We are going to give her the daughter of her dreams."

Bixia looks stunned. "Okay I'm ready for that. Let's get to making." She says ready to help this woman finally get her dream child.

The fetus's body was sculpted with soft white marble stone, Pangu looking down to see the woman in question, so that way the child could look like her mother. Pretty chubby cheeks.

Her eyes were carved from honeyed amber. Eyes filled with so much warmth and depth. For her hair, Yang Asha dyed some silk with pure black ink in order to contrast her skin.
Finally, the Jade Emperor decided to do something that no one had attempted before. He took a little bit of essence from the woman and some of his own, and he fused them together before placing it in the fetus's chest.

Hearing the cries of her, the Jade Emperor smiles, looking down at his daughter. "She's beautiful. When she turns 21 years old, I will offer her a chance to live here full-time." He says before kissing the top of her head and shape-shifting into the form of an old man. Heading down to the mortal realm, he soon found the house of the woman in question. Walking to her door, he tapped it with his walking stick.

The woman answered the door to see the old man. She then noticed the cradle. Looking back up, she smiles before taking the cradle. "Thank you sir. Thank you." She says before giving the man a hug.

He looks at her and smiles. "You're quite welcome. Just as a warning, you may have the Jade Emperor visiting to watch over his daughter."

"The Jade Emperor helped make her?" She asks more confused than anything.

"Yes and I have a confession to make. I am the Jade Emperor. I heard your prayers and decided to grant it." He says, dropping the disguise to reveal his true form to her.

The woman bowed as she held the basket. "Thank you again my emperor. I will take care of her." She promises with a small laugh and smile.

The Emperor nods before giving his daughter another kiss and heading back up to the Jade Palace.
