Info: Kokichi Oma was a second year in Night Raven College, he's very known to be a lier and nobody in the school trust him except the Council leader himself, no one knew why he was chosen to be a council member and surprisingly he was loyal to (M/n), no one will ever know of he was lying or telling the truth which makes it hard for the other members and the faculty. He was rumored to be "Night Raven Colleges joker" he seems to joke and he often acts crazy. What was it that makes him part of the Student council.
I decided to add kokichi because Ihave some plans for this chapter for him.
