She gulps down her shot while handing you the other
You: Wow I've never seen you do that
Xata: Long story. Z I understand you don't like showing your back but I am willing to show you what I look like

You sit up while drinking your shot, looking away from the strong taste and trying not to choke. She takes her hood off and reveals her face to you

She puts the oil on your back. You let out a little hiss

You: So when I tried to calm him down, he shoved me to the bed and when I started to crawl away, he attacked me. Clawed at my back. Bit it at times. I was screaming in pain. I thought I was going to die. The scientist came in and saved me. Immediately separated us and never tried to put us together again. Their test was a failure because of me. After that I've been afraid of him ever since because I know it could happen again. His wolf is unstable and takes control of him. He doesn't even know it but it's terrifying when someone you once knew is gone and being controlled. Honestly I wish he had killed me that day
Xata: That's a horrible thing to say. You need to stop hating what you are and learn to love yourself
You: I know I do but I can't help but feel guilty for what I've done to Danvers and his family. I don't want them to hate me
Xata: Then stop lying and learn to trust. You are only making things worse by doing that
