Archangel Gabriel was watching, fascinated as Aziraphale was repairing a damaged first edition hardback book. Gabriel had found the process fascinating and he was taking on more of Eden’s duties as the pregnancy progressed.
"Eden's in the back room napping on the sofa Angel." Crowley said as he walked by. "I'll be back in a bit with lunch." Crowley glanced at the piece of paper in his hand. Eden was craving both Chinese and Italian food so Crowley would be getting quite a bit of food again.
"See you in a bit dearest." said Aziraphale as Gabriel waved.
Eden screamed as a flaming blade was thrust into her stomach, a white hot searing pain tore through her as she jerked awake. Just another nightmare, but the pain was still present.
Eden struggled to sit up as the pain in her stomach suddenly went away, only to return seconds later. No. It can't be. Not now. It's only been six months…..
"Fuck…." Eden rasped as Aziraphale and Gabriel darted to her side.
