I am better than them and anyone.

Napakamot ako sa ulo. Hindi naman sila bagay.

Right?

I'm in the Riverdale Gazebo right now. In Riverdale's garden is where this gazebo located.

Everyone was in the gym, so nobody was around.

It's peaceful here. The breeze in this area is soothing.

What I desire is this. I want this.

This is what I'm looking for.

Silence and Peace.

Nakakarelax.

But no, hindi ko magawang mag-relax dahil naiirita pa rin ako. I was so annoyed that I shut my eyes.

Why am I fucking irritated?

"You're jealous."

I didn't bother to look at the two people because my day might be completely ruined.

Ayokong tuluyang masira ang araw ko dahil sa dalawang putangina 'to.

"What do you want?" Bagot na tanong ko sa kanilang dalawa.

Luther whistled.

"Hoy, Raede!" He called our friend.

"Oh?"

"He didn't even try to deny his jealousy!" Luther laughed.

I rolled my eyes at walang ganang tumingin sa dalawang nakaupo sa magka-bilang gilid ko.

Luther suddenly wrapped his arms around me, and I glared at him, but he simply smirked.

This fucker is a pain in the ass.

"Do you like her?"

"Your question is useless, Luther," umiling si Raede. "Because he will deny it, he will deny his feelings. So what's the point?"

"No," I shook my head. "I think..."

They both looked at each other.

"Despite being caught, you remain in denial, huh." Raede shook his head and ruffled his hair with his fingers before smirking at me.

"I'm not in denial—What the fuck?!" Luther abruptly slapped my back, and I shot him a stern look.

"Gago," mura niya. "Itatanggi mo pa, eh huling-huli ka na."

I gasped when Raede also hit my back! What's fucking wrong with these two?!

I tightly shut my eyes to calm myself down. Calm down, Kairus.

Be calm. They are your fucking best friends.

You must be patient.

"It was clear you had feelings for the Allister girl." Raede said.

Hindi nga sabi!

"Sis, hanggang kailan ka tatagal?" Malokong sabi ni Luther at ngumisi. "Mauunahan kana nung lalaking Asher, ah."

No way..

"Bagal bagal mo, hindi ka namin kaibigan," dugtog ni Luther at sumimangot.

"Walang Ferrer na babagal-bagal." Tinaasan ako ng kilay ni Raede.

"Paano kaya kapag nalaman ni Tita Ava lalo na ni Tito Kaizer na yung panganay nila, eh babagal-bagal at in denial pa sa feelings niya?" Ngumisi sakin si Luther. "Are you really a Ferrer?"

My gaze went to Raede when he spoke.

"Ang bilin ni Tito Kaizer, paramihin ang lahi ng mga Ferrer, not be in denial," sabi niya at dinuro pa ako.

Damn.

Have I actually fallen for her?

But I'm aware I can't. My best friend loves her.

Chase loved her.

I know my friend loves her, but should I be in love with her too?

"No offense, ha? Pero bagay silang dalawa ni Klein." Luther gave me a sweet smile.

Nagsalubong ang kilay ko.

I don't know why, but my patience has absolutely run out. The moment he said that, my blood began to boil.

His words caused my blood to start to boil.

"What did you say?"

I could see Raede trying to hold back a laugh. He even turned his head away  and held his mouth shut to stop himself from laughing.

"Ah, bagay silang dalawa—" I cut him off.

Damn it.

"I fell in love with her," amin ko. I looked away after saying that.

I even saw how the two of them were stunned, but eventually their lips curved into a smirk.

"Kailan mo pa nasimulang maramdaman 'yan? Kailan ka pa nagkaro'n ng feelings sa kaniya?" Both of them asked me at the same time, while their eyes were focused on me.

"Since I kissed her," I answered honestly.

Nanlaki ang mata ni Luther habang si Raede ay tuluyan ng humalakhak.

"Gago," napatakip siya sa bibig. "Hinalikan mo?!"

Napabuntong hininga ako bago dahan-dahang tumango.

"I was attracted to her lips..."

"As expected from Ferrer." Raede smirked. "A Ferrer, indeed."

"I shouldn't be surprised, right? You have Ferrer's blood, so why should I be surprised? You have Ferrer's blood flowing through you." Tumawa si Luther.

"Shut up," umirap ako.

Her lips are to blame since they seduce me. Is it my fault if I found her lips alluring?

But I was attracted.

Addicted.

"However, your plan is confusing, fucker." Biglang sabi ni Raede at umiling.

"What?"

"Para namang gagawin mo talaga 'yang plano mo sa sun and moon mo." Tinasaan ako ng kilay ni Luther kaya sinamaan ko siya nang tingin.

"Totoo ang plano ko, Luther."

"Not us, Kairus Ace. Raede and I know you better," Luther suddenly grinned. "Sa tagal nating magkakaibigan at magkakasama, we already know how your brain works."

I didn't say anything at nanatili lang na nakatingin sa kanila, hinahayaan silang mag salita.

"We know you wouldn't do to Faye what Dianne did to you," he added.

"How do you say so?"

"Because you love her," bigla akong natigilan sa sinabi ni Raede. "I noticed the way you earlier regarded her. I could tell you were in love with her. The way you looked at her, that's when I knew you fell for her, Kairus."

"Nahulog kana, hindi mo lang alam. Kiss lang iyon pero nahulog kana," napailing si Luther.

"And we also know that you can't hurt a woman, emotionally, physically, mentally, or whatever. No matter how much you were hurt by what Dianne did to you before, you still can't hurt a woman," aniya. "Your mother always says that and reminds you not to hurt a woman, because the moment you hurt a woman, it will be like you've hurt your mother as well."

"Now, tell us," Luther's voice suddenly turned serious. "Ano ba talagang plano mo?"

"Ayaw mong ipahalata sa kanila, 'di ba?" Raede smirked. "Your plan is just an excuse, isn't it?"

"Dahil una pa lang, alam mo na sa sarili mo na nahulog kana."
