"My lady, this child is very skinny, do you think they're okay?"

Thoma asked Ayaka as he stood up

"There's a chance that they are being mistreated by their parents, or maybe they dont have parents..."

Ayaka felt sad

"We should ask them first, we can't be sure"

Thoma nodded

"Hey, y/n, do you have any parents?"

He asked softly

"I don't know what you mean by that...do you mean my mommy? I don't know where my mommy is..."

Thoma and Ayaka sweatdropped

"Hey!"

The trio turned to see Sara coming their way

"What are you doing with this child?"

Sara asked as she stared at y/n
y/n stared back

"We found them walking alone in the city, why do you want to know?"

Thoma asked

"It's nothing, I just need to take them, goodbye"

Sara picked y/n up and started walking away

"Wha-Hey!"

Thoma gasped as he saw Sara walk away with the kid

"We should follow them, I want to make sure y/n is safe"

Ayaka ordered
Thoma nodded

They both followed Sara and slowly made their way to tenshukaku, being cautious so they wouldn't be noticed

"Shogun, I found y/n"

Sara said as she stood in front of ei

"Good"

ei said while Sara put the child down
y/n ran toward ei and gave her a hug

"I missed you"

y/n said as they felt themselves being picked up

"I was worried about you too"

ei said
She then looked at Sara who was standing in front of them

"You are free to go now, Sara"

Sara nodded and walked away
In the background stood a shocked Thoma and Ayaka

"They're the shogun's child?!"

Thoma said
Ayaka didn't say anything, she just started making her way back to the city

"My lady wait!"

Thoma ran after her

Yae watched the two, smiling as she made her way toward tenshukaku

"Miko, what are you doing here?"

ei asked as Yae walked toward them

"Well why wouldn't I be here? I want to see my child"

Yae said smiling
ei sighed

"They are not your child, Miko, they are under my care"

Yae chuckled as she put her hand on y/n's head

"Well you have one adorable child, dear"

y/n stared at the woman in front of them, not understanding half of what she said

"Whatever you say, now what is it that you need?"

ei asked

"Well can't I spend some time with my beloved?"

Yae asked in an attempt to make ei flustered

"Your beloved?"

ei asked
Yae just put her hand in front of y/n's eyes and gave ei a kiss on the lips

"Yes, my beloved"

ei blushed a little

"How about we spend some time together, I'm sure little y/n finds it boring to sit in a room all day"

Yae said

ei hesitated for a moment

"Well, I suppose it's time we let the citizens know about y/n, keeping them a secret won't do them any good"

Yae smiled as ei handed her the child

"I will gather everyone for this, make sure y/n doesn't run away"

ei said as she began walking outside
Yae smiled

"So, y/n, what do you feel like doing?"

Yae asked

"I dunno, what do you wanna do miss?"

y/n said

Yae chuckled

"Call me mom, dear"

y/n smiled slightly

"Okay, what do you wanna do mom?"

ei had already announced that she had a child and everyone kept talking about it

"Shogun"

ei turned to see Sara

"What is it?"

Sara gulped
She quickly bowed down

"Would you give me permission to spend time with your child?"

Sara felt attached to y/n somehow, she wanted to spend time with the child before they grew up and became an adult

ei stared at Sara for a while

"If my child enjoys your company, I shall allow it"

ei said as Sara's eyes widened, she tought she would be ignored or would get rejected but here she is

"Thank you!"

Sara said as she quickly stood up, she then turned and walked away

ei sighed thinking that y/n was probably already attached to Yae and she would have to deal with y/n crying because they don't want Yae to leave
