"So that's what I'm talking about, Brahman and Bonten would be fusing an alliance." Mikey proposed.
"Isn't it suspicious of you?" Tanong ni Kael na nakatayo sa hamba ng pinto habang nakapag-krus ang kanyang mga braso sa kanyang dibdib.
"Any ulterior motives Mikey? Parang hindi mo kalaban ang Brahman noon ah? Why change your mind? Something else's—no.. someone's bothering you? Is it my sister?" Puno ng sarkasmong dugtong ni Atsushi sa pahayag ni Kael.
"Don't you dare TalkBack on Mikey!" Sigaw ni Sanzu, but Kael just tilted his head and gave him a cold menacing stare. Sanzu felt a thousands of shivers down to his spine because he knows that Kael's stare is not just a normal one, napalunok na lang sa kaba ang binata.
"Enough of that, moving on... if he has any ulterior motives from y'all, it will affect our future transactions." Kokonoi interferes.
"We're not that dumb Hajime. Besides would you care to explain what happened between you and my sister? Alam ko alam mo ang tinutukoy ko." Atsushi changed the topic.
"Hindi ba dapat focused tayo sa kung ano ang agenda ng meeting ngayon kuya?" Pag-kontra ni Ashurī sa nakatatandang kapatid habang patuloy sa pag-lalaro sa kanyang cellphone.
"May point ang kapatid mo Atsushi." Pagsang-ayon naman ni Takeomi.
"Excuse me." Pag-papaalam ni Kai saka lumabas ng silid.
"I'll go follow her." Agad naman tumayo si Sanzu at akma ng lalabas ito ng pinto ng mahigpit hawakan ni Kael ang braso niya.
Lumapit ito sa tenga ni Sanzu at may ibinulong. "Bakit? What are your motives? Anong gagawin mo sa kapatid ko? The last time I knew napahamak siya at your watch. And the last time I knew the look in her eyes wasn't uncomfortable when you're around. Anong ginawa mo? Hindi kita sasantuhin Akashi.. kahit na pa sabihin nating matalik kong kaibigan yung kuya mo. Kaya kitang patayin."
"Wala akong ibang intensyon sa kapatid mo. Wala rin akong paki-elam kung patayin mo ko. Kung yan ang nasa isip mo wala akong magagawa." Pagtatapos ni Sanzu sa usapan nila at tuluyang lumabas ng hindi man lang tumugon ng kahit anong tingin o titig sa nakatatandang Satoshi.
"Continue the meeting without them." Utos ni Kael.
"If you want a proof that I have no ulterior motives, then we will live under your roof for a month." Mikey proposed.
"What!?," Ashurī slammed her phone to the table.
"That's not gonna happen! No way in hell!" She lashed out and was about to take a step away from the table when Koko held her hand.
"Don't touch me." She coldly snapped and walked away.
"If this meeting is adjourned," ani Kael.
"Kokonoi Hajime." Tawag ni Atsushi.
"And Sanzu Haruchiyo." Si Kael.
"Will not leaving this building for the whole day." Atsushi and Kael said in unison.
"We will have a second screening for the peace talk between Brahman and Bonten next week. Sana kumpleto na rin kayo. Sasabihan ko rin yung iba kong tauhan na pahinga muna sa mission para nandito rin sila sa meeting next week. Basta ibalik niyong buhay yung dalawa." Mikey explained as he fixed his stuffs and grabbed his gang uniform.
He walked pass by Kokonoi and gave his fellow a slight tap on the shoulder, Giving him a goodluck on dealing with those two elders.
