CHAPTER 2

~The hardest decision in life is to decide whether to wait for someone or move on~
After 9 years
Ridz pov
Finally after 9 years I can travel solo . Not much far just my adjecent city ofcourse I can't afford much 😶. Returning to the city of memories. I just hope ye vacation acha guzre and jis kaam ke liye main yaha aayi hu do ache se ho jaye.  I was peacefully travelling in train placing my head on pole and feeling the cool breeze  of Goa watching football highlights of previous year, common now don't be such narrow minded a girl watching football. Ab jiska boy friend football player tha usko to football se apne aap pyaar ho hi jayega na.I smiled remembering him. It was late the ladies compartment was completely empty.

As my stop was about to come suddenly someone came from behind and placed his hand near my collar bone I immediately twisted his hand and came out of his grip.
As I turned I was in for a shock.
Aa.. aaa. Aaryan was standing there all dressed in uniform of national football team .

Ridz: Tum yaha kaise
Aaryan(blowing air on his nails): Personal investigator
Ridz: Par ab kyu 9 saal baad kyu (iska answer last main milega)

Aaryan (smirking and holding her wrist. He held her straight hair in the air allowing them to flow out of his hand slowly): Oho kya baat hai ms jhalli becoming ms chamak challi.
Ridz(in stammering voice): Kkk. Kya matlab hai tumhara
Aaryan (wiping the makeup on her left cheek with his right thumb harshly and forcefully revealing the scar which was formed 9 years ago on that night): Wow make up and all pati se chupane ke liye karti ho ya apni beti se
Ridz was just too numb to react anymore
Aaryan held her by her cheeks squeezing them forcefully and pulling her towards him.
Aaryan: Kya ho gaya madam shock ho main yaha kaise kyu kya kar raha hoon
He pushed her away bit harshly causing her to fall on floor of train and sat on the chair with his left leg over his right knee and both hands laying on the adjacent seats respectively.
Just then train stopped with a jerk at Goa station. Ridz was still in sitting position held the pole in fear and closed her eyes.
Aaryan: Kya hua dar gayi kya
Ridz opened her eyes and got up walking out of the train.
Aaryan got out of the train and started following her
Aaryan: Kya hua apne sawalo ka jawab nahi chahiye
Ridz(in nervousness pulling up the sleeve of her heavy  backpack): Mere nahi tumhare
Aaryan: Ohh right mere sawal to jawab bhi mujhe dene honge hai na
Ridz: Akela chod do na mujhe
Aaryan(holding her hand sternly): Aaj nahi janeman
Ridz(letting out her hand from his grip) : Ye kya batameezi hai
Aaryan: Are abhi to batameezi kari hi kaha hai by the way dam bhot aa gaya hai tumme aabhi tak to maine zor lagaya nahi ab chuda kar dikhao apna haath
Ridz was traumatized by his sudden appearance.
Aaryan held her and took her to a place in his car and reached admist of forest where they used to go earlier in stressful times
Aaryan (dragging her): Yaad hai tumhe ye jagah nahi hai to main yaad dila deta hu
As Aaryan looked at her he was confused by her reaction she was totally mesmerized by scene no sign of pain or sadness only a small satisfied tiniest smile ever on her face.
Ek baar ko to Aaryan bhi kho gaya for few seconds but returned to reality super soon.
Aaryan: Kyu chodke gayi
Ridz(carelessly): Bhool jao
Aaryan: Kaise bhool jao
Ridz: Tumhe bhi pata hai to mere muh se kyu sunna chahte ho move on yaar
Aaryan: Move on main main move on kar chuka hoon or jo tum keh rahi ho na vo bhi sahi hai tum tum itni selfish ho sirf pyaar karne ka natak karti ho agar sacha pyar karti na to mujhe kabhi chodke nahi jati mere drugs ki wajah se nahi jati mera saath nibhati jab mujhe tumhari meri sabse zyada zarurat hoti (coming close to her and holding her furiously by her neck) but you know what for once acha hi hua ab dekho mujhe I am finally successful ye dekho mujhe aaj mera national uniform mil gaya hai or parso main apna pehla international match khelunga look at me (pushing her away) but you have already lost me.
Ridz(smiling a bit and aligning the collar of his uniform): You know what insaan ka basic nature kabhi change nahi hota
Aaryan(spontaneously): Kya matlab
Ridz(raising her gaze and looking directly into his eyes with that alag wala chamak in eyes): Matlab drugs to chale gaye par gussa wahi ka wahi utna ka utna Dhara reh gaya
Aaryan: Haan bas ye alag baat hai pehle apna gussa drugs or pyaar main lagata tha or ab har goal karne se pehle tumhe imagine karta hu or bas apne aap hi goal ho gaya
Ridz: Ho gaya tumhara ab main jao
Aaryan: Are re re ghar jana hai pati ki tension ho rahi hai ya apni beti ki
Ridz pov: Agar isse kuch uss raat ka yaad nahi to isse kaise pata wait a minute isse galat femi hai ki maine shaadi kari hogi or meri kisi or ke saath beti hai 🙂 isne ye soch bhi kaise lia shyaad isse mera letter hi nahi mila
Ridz: Tumhe jo sochna hai socho I really don't care mujhe jane do
Aaryan: Kya hua ab kya pati or beti ko bhi chodke bhaagi ho.

Ridz started moving away .
Aaryan: Haan tumne pucha tha na ab kyu 9 saal baad kyu main tumhe nicha dikhana chahta hu tumhe laga hoga na ek drug addict ka kya hi hoga drug lete lete mar jaunga or tumhe chod jaunga or a  tum kya ho mehez ek school teacher.
Ridz: Waise I must say mujhe nahi pata tha ki tum mujhse itna pyaar karte the ki mujhe nicha dikhane ke liye itna upar chadh gaye career main or itna niche gir gaye character main par you know what ye bhi kisi kaam ka nahi tumhara personal investigator you know agar itna kuch pata laga liya ki main kaha rehti hu kya karti hu and all to uss raat kya hua vo bhi pata lagwa lete.
Aaryan(pulling her close to himself by her chest): Tum nahi pata tha tumhe nahi pata tha to kise pata tha ki main bhi pyaar kar sakta hoon
Ridz got out of his grip and started walking away
Aaryan: Arey kaha ja rahi ho kisine pakad liya to 😒 waise kon hi pakdega tumhe pagal thodi hai koi .
Ridz: Tum mera picha karna chod do mujhe jane do
Aaryan: Jab tak nahi bataogi nahi jane dunga
Aaryan was still walking behind Ridz
Ridz(clenching the left side of her kurta right side of her bag shutting her eyes and gathering courage to speak): You know you a fuckin domestic violator drug addict and trust me I couldn't live with a person like you
Aaryan was hurt to core by her words slowly when Ridz opened her eyes she saw him standing in front of him. Ridz lowered her gaze and waked away.
