Time for a bunch of soup!

Noodle

- Mirin

- Sake

- Soya sauce

- Salt (pinch)

- 1 tsp sugar

- Japanese fish stock (Dashi)

-Water, for however much soup you need.

Ratio for Mirin:Sake:Soya = 1:1:2 


Noodle (Soba/Ramen)

- 2 tbs Chicken stock

- 2 tbs Soya sauce

- 1 tsp Sugar

- Chives

- 1 tbs Black bean sauce (Non-spice)

- 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste 

- Ground white pepper (pinch)

- Chilly oil (a few drops)

- Water for however much soup you need

Most of the ingredients in these should be adjusted to your taste, but steer clear of adding salt! Chicken stock and soya sauce have salt in them already don't risk your soup getting too salty.
