Chapter 8 Power up

April had been banging on the cage wherein for hours calling out to Fushia James and Nathan "I think it's safe to assume their dead" Jason snapped at her April shook the cuff that was on her they were made of creepstone steel a metal that blocked magic of all kinds even traits April started crying "God damn this is like the 5th time I've been kidnapped you'd think I learned how to escape cuffs by now" said Jason who suddenly started grinding the cuff against the bars of the cage when suddenly someone walked in and shot at Jason just barely missing his foot "don't even try it I run a tight ship maybe y'all will get out if Riley decided she doesn't need you two after all then well let you go free" the man turned to leave when he suddenly threw something in that cage it was a bag that had Nicks hoodie James's Watch Fushia's Hairpin and Nathans Ring they were all stained with blood and were burned to a crisp April hugged the bag and kept crying while Jason thought about the situation so he's not the boss of the operation but he was permitted to try to scare us in to submission but but you think about it the it makes no sense why go find all of this stuff just to scare us Maybe Just Maybe they're alive and now on the run just who are these guys anyway and why'd they only teleport us Jason kept thinking in his head when suddenly a wall exploded and a familiar face grabbed the cage and jumped away "Bartholomew is that you" "that used to be my name but now I'm Barry the nomad" "so why'd you save us" "your captain freed me from my old ways and made me see the light I almost died in the ocean but by chance my earth magic evolved and I used it to heal myself and make a boat and was soon washed up on shore and so for a while I tried searching for my crew but now I was being ridiculed for being beaten by a 16 year old and that's when I realized that having all of this power and strength if I'm just going to be ridiculed for failing once" they sit around a fire "so did you see what happened to our crew ''''I didn't but I did see your ship burning on the ground and their guard went in and grabbed a bunch of stuff and walked out" "Jason this means they might be alive" "or they thought they wouldn't need the bodies can you take us to the ship?" "Gwa ha ha ha your a smart thinker boy-o I sure can take you" "well I have the idiot label on our ship" "it seems that label might need to be changed" suddenly Jaosn felt his palms flare up "someone's coming" Barry drew a set of pistols and gave them to Jason can you use these" Jason aimed into the forest and shot two flaming bullets and they heard two screams in the distance "they're surrounding us" Jason shot again this time at a knife that was flying towards them the bullet ricocheted off it and hit another in the knee "this is my area I can tell everything by its heat signature it's gender race age and position" said Jason shooting in different directions and soon he put his hands down and sat down "finally their all dead" suddenly something came barreling toward them Jason saw a giant wall of ice and stopped it with his flames "when could you do any of this" asked April "recently it seems it was triggered by something but I have no idea what" suddenly a girl with frizzy hair and goggles appeared from the steam cause by the flame and ice clashing "I am the Empress of Ice Dianne and you will bow to me" Jason raised the pistols "I think not" "Jason those are out of bullets" said April "I haven't been firing bullets for the last 20 shots" suddenly the guns caught on fire and when they were done burning two golden pistols where in his hands "Teufelskugeln(Devil balls)" and suddenly two fireballs with horns and faces shot out of the pistols and flew towards her but she simple froze the fire and the fell and shattered "there's nothing colder than a Subzero human-Ice elemental hybrid I'm the coldest thing on this planet not even hell could withstand my heat" suddenly they heard "Earth Magic Cage of Stone" and suddenly she was trapped in a box of stone suddenly the pistols lit on fire again only this time the fire was blue and orange "this may take a bit so keep her occupied" suddenly the box froze and crumbled then April shot her with a bow made of light "Holy Shot" while Barry threw countless boulders at her which froze just getting near her "I'm done" Jason was holding two flintlock pistols with gold engraving and Wings made of silver suddenly the ends started burning "you say your the coldest then I must be the hottest because I'm a scorched human and a Phoenix" the ends of the guns started glowing "Phönix-Schuss(Phoenix Shot)" and two flaming orange and blue bullets came out of the guns and pierced right through her ice and through her skull "I am supreme when it come to a contest of temperatures" suddenly Jason fell over on his back looking up into the stars when he saw two things race across the sky he focused and saw a pair of demons wings and something on its back as well as a pair of dragons wings before he passed out
