She hated it today was the first day of the new academy her parents signed her up for. It was supposed to be joyous and happy, but Razia did not feel that way. She hated school, and now she was going to live in a weird, dark, and creepy academy up in the mountains with no friends. It was her worst day ever and she hated it. While Razia lay around, moping her father, and mother were putting her bags in the car they had to leave soon so they would not be late. Razia went up to her old room and looked back on all of the fond memories she had there like sleepovers with her friends, and playing with her baby brother, and their dog. She hated the feeling of leaving this house, her memories, family, friends, and her life for what some stupid academy she knew nothing about that, and might I add have roaches. But she did not want to make her father, and mother worry so she agreed to go about a week ago. But she was already regretting her choice, and there was no backing out now.

"Come on, Razia, we are going to be late for the intro!"

"Coming!"

Soon Razia left her room, and her old memories to make new ones in an unknown place. She was scared of new people and places; she just hoped nothing wrong would happen when she got there. As she got downstairs, she saw that all of her bags were in the car, so she got in, buckled, put her earbuds in to drown out the sound of her mother, and father telling her how great the academy was going to be for her.

"We are almost their sweetie."

"Okay, thanks, mom."

They were about 20 minutes away, and Razia started putting her phone, and earbuds back into her bag so she could talk to her parents before they got there. Even though they could be tough sometimes she still loved them. So, she wanted to spend some time with him before they could not see each other for a while.

"Hey, mom, how did you find out about this academy?"

"I heard the two old men at the gas station talking about how it was great, and it helped their children so much with their education, so I checked it out."

"Okay."

"Why?"

"No reason I just wanted to know."

"Okay, sweetie."

Razia laid back again and started thinking about how weird this situation is. She thought about not so much how her mother found out about this school but how her mother got her into it. But she was probably just lucky right as Razia was deep into her thoughts when she heard her mother say something.

"We're here!"

"Okay thanks, mom."

As they were approaching the academy Razia saw it. It was a giant black, blue, and green castle-looking building Razia got the chills just looking at it. She would have to be here for a whole 6 months which she was not looking forward to mind you that. But Razia had to suck it up for her mother, and apparently, her father did not like the place either. Because he was looking at it like it was a jail, and he was serving a life sentence. Razia was surprised about that because her father was sleeping most of the ride there, he tends to do that a lot on car rides.

"Well, it looks cozy."

"Does it mom does it really"

"Sweetie it will be fine I heard everyone here is super nice!"

"Well, hopefully."

They soon pulled up to the front entrance where other students were getting ready for the intro. Razia went to help her parents grab her things out of the car when she felt an eerie feeling. Like someone was watching her but she just brushed it off so that she would not worry her parents. They grabbed Razia's bags and headed to the auditorium for the intro but as they were walking Razia bumped into someone.
