You were sitting on the couch trying to enjoy your book as Hizashi laid his head on your lap, looking up at you with eyes full of total obsession "Dont you have something better to do?" He smiled "Nothing could possibly be better than being with you." Sighing you put the book down and looked at him "Yamada...Have you ever felt guilty, even once, for what you've done to me?"

His face dropped as he pulled himself to sit beside you, looking at you with sadness "I mean, sometimes. Like when you go hide and cry or when a holiday comes around and your just- Just this hollow version of my love. But I don't let myself dwell on it! I just remind myself how safe you are in my arms, how happy you seem at other times! And slowly I can push the feeling away, just like I know you do sometimes too." 

You frowned before going back to your book "Yeah."
