Hawks went to wrap you in a hug but you pushed him off going back to cooking "Your not being fair, don't I deserve to be happy too!?" You turned to him, a look of disbelief written on your face "You honestly think im happy here!?" He shrugged "I mean who wouldn't be happy married to the number two hero?"

"Who!? How about a woman who was happily hating the man of her dreams but ended up getting SOLD OFF by her shit head of a father!?" He looked a bit taken aback "Hey momma bird I think you need a chill pill, you get to sit here and look pretty all day while I rack in the dough for you to play with. And besides, you weren't sold off, more like given another chance at life."

He caught the fist that suddenly came flying at his face "Mhm, I might have to actually give you a chill pill, well it's an injection but if you're scared of needles I can just mix it up in a drink for you."
