Waking Up

          A pile of people suddenly appear in what looks to be a movie theater each situated in a chair of their own.

"Hello! And welcome to the Reaction Center!" A load voice booms down from above. "Here you will be learning about one another in an attempt to prevent the downfall of Tevyat. Enjoy!" The speaker cuts out.

"the downfall of Tevyat-"

"Huh"

"Whats going on?"

          Multiple voices murmur around the room in a confused haze. Panic growing amongst the younger ones while the older reach for their weapon. Calmly, Aether stands up and turns to address to entire room 

"Well, it seems we are all currently weapon and visionless so I guess we all just need to sit here patiently and wait for whomever teleported us here to show us what they want."

Murmurs of agreement flood the theater. 

"I think it would be a good idea if we went around and introduced ourselves, I'll go first!" A short white haired boy says excitedly, not second guessing his current situation. "My name is Bennet, I come from Mondstadt, and I am an Adventurer!" 

"My name is Venti, I also hail from Mondstadt, and I am just a friendly neighborhood bard" A small boy with twin braids says with a mischievous grin." 

"Diluc Ragnvindr, head of Mondstadt Wine Industry"

"Kaeya Ra-" A tall blue haired man starts. "Ahem, Kaeya Alberich, Calvary Captain of Mondstadt Knights of Favonius." He finishes with an extravagant bow. 

"Jean, head of the Knights of favonius" 

"Childe, eleventh Fatui Harbinger, Snezhnaya" A tall red haired boy says with slight pride coating his words at the mention of his homeland. 

Diluc and Kaeya look up in sync, one in anger, one in fascination.

"Fatui scum" The red haired one mutters beneath his breath steaming with anger.  Childe throws a look in his direction, amusement clear on his face and advances towards him.

"Looking for a fight Mr. Ragnvindr?" He says with a predatory grin. The other occupants of the theater look at each other with apprehension.

My father wasn't. Diluc thinks to himself, while standing up to meet him hands drawn up into fists.

"Sit back down Tartaglia" A stern voice comments beside him with authority.  

        Childe stops momentarily, shocked, then spins around to look at him with fists clenched tightly at his sides. His face falls flat, devoid of all excitement it held moments before. 

"You don't get to comment on my actions anymore Mr. Zhongli." He says coolly, but obeys taking his seat beside the man with flowing black hair and cor lapis eyes. Childe's eyebrows furrow and he crosses his arm along his chest, still slightly antsy. 

Diluc takes his seat silently besides Kaeya who looks at him with a slight frown. 

           Suddenly the intercom crackles to life again, "I will now be giving each of you basic information about one another. Such as name and status, instead of introductions because some people can't seem to behave themselves." The speaker spouts off almost seemingly looking in the direction of Diluc and Childe. Diluc looks down ashamed while Childe tightly grins. 

"Now time to begin" The screen in front of everyone blinks to life, projecting everyone's ages, names, and positions.

"You get five minutes to look at this then we begin" The speaker quiets and everybody studies the screen some raising their eyes in surprise. 

          Many glance at Childe slightly disturbed by his young age for a Fatui Harbinger. And others look at Zhongli, Venti, and Raiden awestruck with being in the presence of several Archons at once. Barbara looking close to a heart attack as she stares at the bard who grins back with a small wave. 

"Times up" 

The screen falls black.
