Meanwhile, the Doctor quickly tried to find a way to return the aliens to their home planet. It was really quite simple if he could get them in the TARDIS. He measured the door with his sonic screwdriver and asked the TARDIS what was the average width of a Vercola. Not much to his surprise, the TARDIS door simply could not receive such a large being. He quickly thought of some type of alternate plan. The Doctor, not being as witty as he leads on, couldn't figure out a reliable and realistic plan. He babbled on and on to himself and the TARDIS. She new exactly what he needed so she decided to fly herself. The Doctor began arguing with her

"What are you doing?! I don't need help. I'm fine. Ugh! Please, stop treating my like a little boy! I can take care of myself, Mum" he said as he rolled his eyes and acted like a primary school child.

She tried to land but only hovered in a place unfamiliar to the Doctor.
"Where have you taken me, Darling" he said having apparently forgot their previous conversation. "See you think you always know best don't you?!" (Nope he didn't forget)

Soon, he decided to snoop around and sonic things to figure out where they were. He realized they were on another planet only a few days previous to when he was on earth. He found that the magnetic field of this planet was the reason the TARDIS couldn't land. He decided to get his handy ladder and check this mysterious planet out.
