Taking after him (robin)

Robin and I were known as the power couple of the school. Anyone who messed with me, messed with robin and boy you did not want to mess with robin.

In arguments he resulted in violence and I resulted to words. I never once swung at someone. Robin was used to it, bloody knuckles, headaches. You name it he's had it and I've taken care of it

Finney was robins best friend and there was this girl at school named Julie. She used to bully me but when I got with robin she stopped and decided to bully finney instead

It had gotten so bad today that she made finney bleed. I felt like a mother to finney and god help anyone who hurt him.

Julie- aw you not gonna fight back?

Finney- fuck off julie

She kicked him causing him to wince in pain

Y/n- robin we have to help him

Robin- ok ok let me talk to her

Robin walked up to Julie, ready to talk her out of it

Robin- can you please leave finney alone

Julie- no!

She bent down to punch him before robin placed a hand on her shoulder to pull her up

Julie- touch me and I'll say you sexually assaulted me

Robin- your fucking sick

Robin came back to me, his head hung low in defeat

Y/n- that mother fucker!

I was furious. After everything that happened to finney I felt the need to protect him. I hated watching Julie do this to him.

Robin had never seen me get so angry. During fight I'd usually try to resolve it with words but not today.

I marched right up to her

Y/n- Julie!

She turned to see who was calling her and that's when I took my shot. I swung at her, knocking her onto her ass. She looked up, her nose was clearly out of place and bleeding

Y/n- fuck with Finn again and I'll do worse than just break your nose

She nodded cowardly before crawling away with her tail between her legs like a puppy who had just been scolded for chewing a shoe

Y/n- you ok Finn?

He was amazed at how quickly I snapped back into my motherly nature, bending down, tending to his wounds

Robin- eh who the fuck are you and what have you done with my girlfriend

Y/n- oh shut up

Robin always knew he was inlove with her, no one could deny it

Robin- I'm supposed to stick up for you and Finn

Y/n- you still can but I needed to do this. Number one you'd get expelled for hitting a girl and number two I needed to get my revenge

Robin- hey I'm not complaining but where did you learn that

Y/n- oh just this guy I know

Robin- oh yeah? What's his name

Y/n- robin arellano

He smiled. He could feel his heart growing bigger for her. He wanted to ask her if she needed ice for her hand but he didn't want to ruin her little moment

His love grew stronger for her everyday but he also grew worried. Now knowing that she could stick up for herself, he knew she would one day no longer need him. What he didn't realise was that she would always need him, no matter what she would always need her loving boyfriend to protect her
