Poivance spent the next... day making basic things around the house. He made table and chairs in the dining room, made a couch and a coffee table in the living room, made silverware, knives, and a cutting board for the kitchen. General things like that. Then, he decided he should paint his house. The place he was in, that he nicknamed the Blossomsphere, never got darker or lighter, but he also didn't mind it. It wasn't mind-numbing white, or darker than a moonless night, it was quite nice.
He wasn't sure what to paint the outside of the house, so he let it be. He tried out a few different color possibilities for the living room, just painting one wall to try it out, before setting on one color. He had once read a book that showed the most famous living room colors, and decided to try a few out. Only vaugly wondering how he remembered it. Navy and Chocolate brown were the first two. Taupe was next but he didn't like the color as much. He also tried Deep Blue, but considered the color overused. Soft sage was next, but he decided to not use it, not liking the color very much either. Next was Daring Teal, a name he giggled at, but in the end he decided the bathroom would be painted that color instead. Versatile Tan was next, and Poivance loved it quite a bit, but wanted to try other colors. Slate and Deep Green were next, but Poivance wrote them off as well. Unexpected Charcoal was next, and Poivance loved the color so much, he put it in his top 5 favorite colors.
At this point, Ink was getting a bit bored, and even though he loved Unexpected Charcoal and it was now one of his favorite colors, he decided that Versatile Tan would be his living room's color, as well as the hallway's color. Meanwhile, the floors and ceiling would be Taupe.
Afterwards, he moved onto the bathroom since he already knew what color he was painting it... before he realized he hadn't created any of the basic things that were usually in bathrooms, like hand soap. He, of course, shrugged it off for later, as he was currently painting the house.
