3rd pov:
It is the year 4000 and jc jenson has started to mine exo planets but they need bigger drones to get the various martials onto ships to be transported off planet. This is when they started development of a new drone type called the MERC class. There are 3 types these types include, cargo, guard, and hunter. The first sub class they developed was the cargo class which specializes in heavy duty lifting. Next they made the guard to act as a protection/riot control unit. Then the hunters were created to act as a gun for hire type force that can act as an army as well.
