(Sapphire's POV)
I looked as we flew without any rest seeing the endless desert of Nevada turn into grass and trees stopping at a few people's houses to ask for rest before going on the move again we reached where my old slinger was killed before heading towards Will's house Neve knocked once and Eli's mother's sister answered "oh goodness me if it ain't Neve how are you darling?" "I'm fine is Eli home?" I noticed how sad she looked and explained that Eli already went down to Slugterra because of his father disappearing she invited us to rest before we went down she let us have some food and water "Neve you most certainly have grown into a capable young woman but be careful down there who knows what the state of Slugterra is" we said our goodbyes before heading towards the manhole

(Neve's POV)
I walked towards the open man hole cover jumping in I followed Sapphire who led me to the drop and went down the first thing we did was get more slugs a boon doc hopped over to me and sat next to Sapphire as we signed into the Slug tournament a tazerling joined my team a thrasher a frostcrawler a thuglett a ramstone a group of slugs joined and I had a pretty good arsenal of slugs I walked along the road on my mecha as the sound of slug fire when arriving I spotted corrupted slugs loading Sapphire I fired she transformed and burned the corrupted slugs and I got pinned behind rubble someone had started calling some group called I didn't catch the name but I loaded Sweetie and fired "who ever you are surrender your slugs and I might spare you" I growled under my breath hearing the mecha beasts of a group which alerted Black I loaded Chomper in aiming at Black before he fired at my cover "it's the Shane gang" aiming I fired
