- Chapter 14 -

Narrator's P.O.V
Trying to be as careful as he can due to her broken looking state, Jungkook slowly waked towards her and after crouching down to her level about 2 feet away from her, he softly asks;

"Baby.. what's wrong?"

But instead of answering him, Yn simply looked up and whimpered and Jungkook quickly took as a sign to comfort her so without hesitation, he carefully made his way towards her and was about to bring her in for a hug... but that's when he saw it.

A single hickey on her neck.

And he just now noticed the way she looked.. her hair was undone, her makeup was smeared and she... she smelt awful.

"Baby.. who did that to you?"

Jungkook asked as he carefully brought Yn onto his lap and after letting out a shaky breath, she quietly said;

"Jungkook.. can we please mot talk about this.. I just want to go to bed-"

"Who did that to you Yn?!"

Noticing the harsh tone in his voice and feeling his hands start to shake, Yn knew that she had to tell Jungkook the truth about what happened to her today.

But if she reveals that Kim Se-mi is back.. he'll go berserk and she really didn't feel like talking about anything at all but of course Jungkook only got more annoyed with her silence as he tried asking again in a semi calmer tone;

"Baby.. please answer me.. who did this to you?"

"Honestly Jungkook, this.. this nothing-"

"Nothing?!"

"Yeah, it's no big deal. I just.. had another bad day at work-- Listen I just want to go to sleep now, okay."

"You're not going anywhere-"

"Jungkook-"

"I mean it Yn. Unless you tell me what really happened to you today.. we're both going to be staying here. Now tell me.. what happened to you and who gave you THAT?"

Jungkook says in a stern tone with barley conceded angry in his voice and after realizing that there was no way of getting out of this. Yn nods as she quietly says;

"She's back."

"Who's back?!"

"Kim Se-mi. She's.. the new female lead that I was telling you about earlier and she-"

Suddenly Yn paused and after a moment, she broke into a sob and let everything out;

"S-She did this to me. She set me up saying that a coworker of ours wanted to speak to me and stupidly enough.. I fell for her trap and that coworker confessed that he had feelings for me, I tried telling him that I wasn't interested and that I only loved you... but he just couldn't take no for answer.. he also wouldn't accept the fact that I was faithful to you.. and so... he assaulted me.. saying that you wouldn't want a whore like me-"
