His Arm

It was a nice sunny day at UA. The class of 1-A had just gotten settled at their tables for lunch, each person having their own food. While the bakusquad was making a ruckus, the dekusquad were quietly chatting.

When Deku had went to take a bite out of his curry, he suddenly lost feeling in his left arm. He soon dropped his spoonful back onto his plate with his hand landing on the table.

A loud thud was heard throughout the entire cafeteria, and with that it went silent. Everyone was now looking at the person known as Deku and questioning what exactly had just occurred.

After nearly two minutes of nothing but silence and stares, everyone started back with their mindless banter. Pretty soon the Dekusquad had started to talk again.

O.U.: "Hey, Deku-kun! Is your arm okay?"

T.I.: "Yes, what had happened, Midorya?"

Soon the rest of the group had started asking him 'if he was alright?' or 'what happened?', but he didn't know how to answer any of them. Soon he had given them somewhat some answers.

I.M.: "I'm okay. This type of thing happens all the time, so I'm fine."

T.A.: "Why does this happen 'all the time', kero?"

I.M.: "Oh-um... When I was around 12, 13 years old, I had an accident that made the nerves in my left arm just give out sometimes. I-its fine now, I guess."

S.T.: "What 'accident' did you have?"

I.M.: "Oh... Um. I had one where my arm 'almost' fell off."

Soon the group had erupted into frantic yells about how his arm "'almost' fell off". Deku had started to calm the group down by saying how he had stupidly gotten into a fight with someone at that age, not including the part where Kite died or how they weren't humans ofc.

I.M.: "I'm really fine now guys. I wasn't 'to' hurt." [Lies, nothing but lies. But at the same time it's all the truth.] He had thought to himself.

With his arm still on the table just like it was when it fell, Deku soon started to get feeling back. Once he was able to use it again, he had finished his lunch and went up to Recovery Girl to notify her that it had happened again. These little "no moving arm" sperts had been getting more frequent that how they were before.

Deku hadn't even realized it until Recovery Girl pointed it out, and ever sense he couldn't stop thinking about how true that was. It was just almost a week ago when he was walking to her office to tell her that it happened again.

Now he was majorly concerned, but he did know that it would only be a matter of time until it was at this point. Heck, it was fully off during the fight, he had known that it wouldn't stay for forever.

---------------------- Time skip to two n' a half months later------------------------------------------------------

By now these little sperts had started almost daily, and he had only been able to use it because of his determination.

Though, one day during Mr. Aizawa's class, Deku had felt like he didn't have a left arm what so ever. Sense Aizawa had just been lying on the ground in his sleeping bag grading papers, Deku decided to walk up to him.

I.M.: "Sensei? I don't feel my arm again."

S.A.: "Okay, Problem child. you may go once you are getting feeling back."

I.M.: " Thank you, Mr. Aizawa."

S.A.: "No problem. just take care of yourself."

And with that Deku had walked back to his seat with Iida and Todoroki walking up to him. The three had sat there and chatted for the rest of the period and Deku had not gotten ANY feeling back at all.

He decided to visit Recovery Gril and ask her what might be wrong. When he had gotten there, there had been some people that he hadn't seen in almost three years. There was Killua and Alika sitting in there talking with Recovery Girl.

Confused, he asked why they were here. He got the response that they were here to try to fix his arm.

After thirty or so minutes, none of the wishes had worked. It seemed like that were going to have to amputate his arm.

K.Z.: "Nothing's working. I'm sorry Gon, but..... I think we all know what's next."

I.M.: "I know. This would've been the outcome no matter what. Just do it." He said while holding his arm/ hand out with his other.

K.Z.: "I'm sorry...... Nanika take Gon's left arm and make him an amputee."

-------------------------------------------The next day----------------------------------------

The day had started like any other. Deku had gotten to class earlier then his normal time just so that he didn't have to hear the questions that were to come.

Aizawa had already been told about the situation, so as deku had walked through the door he was surprised by the difference. Almost 20 minutes later, the rest of the class had started to pile in. No one had notice the difference quite yet.

Soon class had started and no one had said anything. That was until he had stood up to ask Mr. aizawa a question about part of the independent work they were meant to be doing. When he got up to the front of the room and asked, Mina had looked up. She had the same question and wanted the answer, but when she looked up she saw something missing.

A.M.: "*gasps* Midobabe! What happened to your arm?!"

Deku jumped, surprised by the sudden noise.

I.M.: "O-oh um...... It's gone?" He said questionably.

The classroom had erruped into shouts. They were all questions. That was until Aizawa had told them all to quite down.

I.M.: "It hadn't worked very well since an accident when I was 12. And it was at the point that it just needed to be taken off. Don't ask for more information then that, please."

And with that the class had unanswered questions and Deku didn't have an arm anymore. :)
