The argument between Billy and Y/N was so heated and strong, the premise of the reason that they were even arguing was lost they had been shouting at each other for a little while now and the shouting was still going on. Neither one of them can remember why they were arguing anymore but both of them were too stubborn to just stop and forget about it.
"God Billy! It's not my fault that you have insecurities and all the obvious daddy issues this is nothing to do with us anymore! This is all down to you none of this is my fault!" Y/N screamed at Billy as she paced around his bedroom while he just sat on his bed with fury in his eyes staring at her. "Are you just not going to say anything now and just stare at me?" Y/N hissed at her boyfriend "Do you know what? Fine I'm not doing this anymore." Y/N sighed as she grabbed her bag from beside Billy she was planning on leaving but he grabbed her wrist extremely tightly to stop her from going
"We can't leave it like this." He said
"And what do you suppose we do? Just brush it under the carpet like all the other times we argue, I can't keep doing this Billy we're just going round in circles." Y/N tells her boyfriend
"Don't go. Just stay tonight." Billy suggests to his girlfriend and she sighed
"We're toxic. We're no good for each other." Y/N said as Billy let go of her wrist so she was just standing in front of him. Y/N was avoiding eye contact was Billy who was only looking at her, he pulled her close to him so she was stood in between his legs with his hands on her waist
"I'm sorry, I'll change." Billy sighed
"You say that every time, I just think we should have some space and go on a break." Y/N admitted which made Billy's heart pace pick up
"You don't mean that I know you don't." He told her "Look me in the eyes and tell me that's what you want." Billy continued so Y/N looked down at him but she couldn't tell him that she wanted a break
"We're just doing the same things over and over again." Y/N sighed as she put her hands on his shoulders and sat down on his lap so he held her closely to his chest.
"If you want a break Y/N then I can't stop you from wanting that. I just thought you would fight more for us."
"I have been fighting for us Billy! That's all I fucking do! I seem to be the only one in this relationship who gives a shit, I love you Billy I really do but I think we just need time to ourselves to figure out what we really want, you in particular because I think you say you love me and you want me but I don't think you actually do and you don't even know it." Y/N said as looked into his eyes,
"It's late just stay tonight and then if you're still set on why you just said then we can go our separate ways for a while." Billy said sadly so Y/N stood up and went into the bathroom to change into her pyjamas, when she came back into Billy's bedroom he was lying in bed staring up at the ceiling, she climbed under the covers and quickly kissed his cheek
"I do love you, you know." Y/N said
"I know you do and I love you too." Billy said as he turned to face Y/N, he stroked the side of her face trying not to get upset at the thought he could lose her tomorrow if he didn't put in more effort with her. Y/N moved closer and fell asleep against Billy's chest as he wrapped his arms around her.
