3rd person pov:
you and your fiancé , Kane, have a healthy relationship for 5 years. both of you couldn't have kids. instead, you guys have adopted 2 kids, both boys. however, that day came.

y/n pov:
i was in Kane's room at the NSB house. they were filming while i lay in bed all stressed up. the kids were sleeping peacefully in their cribs, i was on my phone, trying to distress. i didn't notice Kane came into the room until i heard his voice.

?: babe? are you ok?
me: huh? yea.. i'm fine
Kane: you sure? you look stress. tell me, what's wrong?
me: simply put it, i missed my period
Kane: it's ok. i might me late
me: true
Kane: just don't think too much about it ok? just rest baby, i'll take care of the kids
me: ..ok.. thanks

Kane climb under the covers and hug me by my waist. i lay my head on his chest and drifted off to sleep. hours past, it was 4pm. you've taken a 3h nap. when you woke up, Kane wasn't by you're side. so you went down to the kitchen to see the boys playing with your kids. you smile and walk towards Kane first. you hugged him from behind and kiss his neck. he turn around and peck you on the lips.

me: hey boys
s/n & d/n: mama
me: hi sweeties. are you're uncles fun to play with?
d/n: no uncle seb wouldn't let us buy toys with his card 😤
s/n: uncle sebby doesn't likes us mama. he's a bad guy
d/n: but uncle oli let us tho. he says we can buy anything we like
s/n: uncle oli is the best
oli: *giggles* ay seb you heard that?
seb: shut up bitch
me+Kane: SEBASTIAN MOY
seb: oops- didn't mean to say it
ry: yea.. oh s/n, wanna play with uncle ryan?
d/n: what about d/n? *pouts*
reg: you can come to uncle regie
d/n: yay. uncle regie more fun anyway 🤪

me and Kane both look at each other and giggled. they're so cute. we left the kids to play with their uncles while we went up to Kane's bedroom. we cuddled and watch some anime. it has been so long since you guys have time for ourselves.

months past and i still haven't gotten my period. worried, i talk to Kane about it and he ask me to take a pregnancy test. i was about to go to the store when he said he have some in his bathroom drawer. confused, i started to question him. he said, just in case we have a one night stand.. without further thoughts, i just went to his bathroom and find the pregnancy kid. i peed on it and waited for about 15min. i hold it facing down and walked out of the bathroom to Kane. he was waiting for me in bed. when he saw me walk out, he walk towards me and asked

kane: so..?
me: idk i want us to find out together
kane: ok. 3, 2, 1!
me: AHHH OMG

Kane hugged me and kiss my forehead then my belly. 'we're pregnant' i exclaimed. hearing our shouts, the boys rushed in to see what happened. when they entered and saw me holding a pregnancy kit they started to question.

oli: y/n, are you ok?
ry: are you pregnant?
seb: is everything ok?
me: guys chill out. i'm fin. and to answer ryan's question, yes i am
NSB: congrats
