Not as bad

Chapter 11

Once the movie was done shadow turned off the tv both sonic and shadow stayed quiet just looking at the blank tv screen "that was so bad!" Sonic said "and dont get me started on how gullible the plot was" shadow said "man, how much was spent on this movie again" sonic said "15 whole dollars" shadow responded "15 dollars and for what, a rip off of the little mermaid!" "most of our customers like it' my ass, that was a waste of money" shadow said crossing his arms "and i helped pay for it!" Sonic said also crossing his arm "well at least we can agree on something" shadow said "yeah" sonic yawned.

Shadow laughed "tired?" "No, im not even a little tired" Sonic said yawning again "then i hope you wont mind staying up with me?" Shadow said
"o-of course i can" sonic said "yeah sure you can, unlike you i dont need sleep" shadow said crossing his arms "is that a bet?" Sonic said grinning "maybe i am" shadow said "fine then, if i win you have to buy me ice cream" sonic said "hm, then if i win you have to do what i say" shadow said "thats no fair i only asked for ice cream!, then if i win you have to buy me ice cream for a week" "fine if you dont fall asleep before sunrise then I'll buy you ice cream" shadow said putting his hand out, sonic shook shadows hand "no going back now" shadow said

Sonic knew he was getting tired but it was permanent now he wasnt going to lie he was kind of nervous "so what do you want to do now" shadow said seeming pretty confident

4 hours until sunrise

"Can i have some coffee, i-i just want to try it you make it seem good" sonic said "hm, sure I'll be back" shadow said.

Once shadow left sonic had a hard time staying up his eyes were a little heavy but he couldn't give up, when shadow came back he had two mugs shadow say down and gave sonic one and took a sip "wait this isn't coffee" sonic said "your right, its not" shadow said "wait is this hot chocolate" sonic said taking another sip "yup, coffee isnt good for you hot chocolate is much more soothing" shadow said "then what did you get?" Sonic asked "coffee" shadow said sonic just grumbled.

3 hours until sunrise

"Shadoowww, im sooo bored" sonic said "then go to sleep" " you know i cant do that why are you so mean" sonic yawned dozing off a bit the hot chocolate didnt help if anything it made me sleepier but he cant admit that he could feel himself start to fall asleep, sonic turns on the tv in hope that it would help keep him up he tried watching a few movies and turning up the volume to distract him

2 hours until sunrise

He managed to stay up for another hour but he felt like he was at his limit shadows bet bet isnt that hard he just doesn't want to lose  "sonic just give up you look terrible" shadow said "no" sonic said "fine" shadow said "hm" sonic said "I'll drop the bet you can slee"- before shadow could finish sonic knocked out he wasn't really listening to shadow he was too tired.

Shadow just sighed as he sat there for the rest of the time as sunlight started to creep through the windows of the dark house.

Yay another chapter it's literally 3 in the morning i had to make it short and im sorry if there is anything that is misspelled even though English is my first and only language im still bad at it. :/
