These are separate headcanons on Gloria, Victor, and Bede, not headcanons on their friendship

Gloria:

Has a surprisingly good relationship with Allister

Has a secret crush on Allister which nobody knows about because she's good at hiding it

Best friend is Marnie and they do almost everything together

Partner Pokemon is Cinderace

Very sweet, kind, and energetic

Big extrovert

Spends time with Marnie, shipping people (they're huge shippers)

Likes to invite Allister to activities with her friend group from time to time

Loves going out and finding new places

Goes crazy over food

Will tease people about their crushes

Marnie and Gloria love to make plans on how to get people together as a couple

Victor:

Loves battling

Has a crush on Hop and Bede

Spends most of his time with Hop

Partner Pokemon is Inteleon

Loves sporty things

Has a tradition to battle Hop in the Slumbering Weald every Friday

Is the first person for Bede to warm up to

Strongest person in the group

Most famous person in the group

Often gets crowded by fans which causes Bede will scare them off so he can go on his day regularly

Known as the greatest gym challenger in history

Competitive

Bede:

Tsundere

Nice to people he knows well and trusts

Has a crush on Victor and Hop and is a bit embarrassed by it

Opal adopted him as her grandson

Is a big help to Opal

Was very sad when getting dropped from the gym challenge but hid it

His Pokemon helped him get over Rose and Oleana with their love

Actually is a good cook and will cook for others

Likes to hang out in Glimwood Tangle often because it's calming

Will run into Allister in Glimwood Tangle sometimes and hang out with them

Because of Gloria, Bede is a good friend of Allister's

Allister and Bede will occasionally help each other with their gym leader duties
