Standing on a tall and narrow hill, a lot of people are gathered around a coffin. Tears are frequent.

Sad. Today is sad.

A priest walks forwards, standing at the head of the coffin.

"Today, we honour Y/n Rogers, and her heart to help save all our worlds. We are eternally grateful for her sacrifice."

Y/n?

My name is Y/n.

Looking around, there are a lot of people. But I feel safe. I feel warm.

Then I notice a man, tall, good looking, brown hair with white along the sides.

I tilt my head to the side, but drop to my knees, my breath speeding up.

Pain.

The man comes forwards and kneels down, his mouth widening with every aching beat of my heart.

"Stephen, what's going on? What's happened?" A woman says.

"Y/n?"

"Ste... Stephen," I stutter, looking at the man I used to train with.

The honest guy who only wants best for everyone.

"Oh my god, I though you... I thought..." he hugs me tightly.

"I... I..."

"Come on, Y/n. You've got this. Just relax and think exactly what you want to do."

Closing my eyes, I visualise a ball of energy in my hand, shaping it into a cube. Then a pyramid.

"Look."

I look up at Stephen, tilting my head before looking at my hands.

A square-base pyramid of energy rests in my hands, following my every movement like a shadow.

"I did it. I finally did it!"

"Yeah you did, kiddo. Well done. What do you want? Anything."

"Anything?"

Stephen nods, smiling as he places his hands in his pockets.

"A new phone would be nice," I joke, giving him a tight embrace.

"Let's just do ice-cream for now. You know, something I can afford."

"Thought you were a doctor. But okay, big guy. Ice-cream it is."

I black out.

-N/POV-

All the Avengers stop, all turning to
Stephen. Y/n looks up at him, tears forming.

"What, you missed me? Well, I wasn't gonna stay gone forever," Y/n teases, looking up at everyone staring at her.

"Princess?" Steve Rogers asks, kneeling down to her.

"Dad," she calls, latching onto him.

-Y/n's POV-

I snap back to reality.

I'm hugging a strange man, so I quickly let go, backing up as he comes forwards.

Whimpering, I shake my head, looking between him and Stephen.

"Sweetheart, are you okay?" The strange man asks.

I keep inching back.

"You don't remember me? You..." he moves back, so I stop.
