Serena, Clemont, Bonnie, and I left the Lumiose Badlands, after helping the Spoink regain their food from Team Rocket. Team Rocket is really annoying but they're the least of my troubles right now. The only thing that I'm concerned about is winning my fifth gym badge. Well I'm also concerned about my sexuality as well. I mean, I'm sixteen and not once have I had thoughts about anyone or anything. I don't even know if I'm into girl or even guys. I haven't even masturbated once. Not once.

I wonder if that's normal. It most likely isn't but I can't help the way I feel. I looked at Serena. She's so pretty, especially with her new haircut and outfit. I wonder if she'll be able to help me with my dilemma. Just then Clemont's book bag started to shake as it made a ringing noise.

"What's with your bag?" I asked.

"It's one of my inventions," He said as he grabbed the device from the bag. The device stopped ringing once Clemont tabbed the screen, with his father's face illuminating the screen.

"Hey Dad," Clemont spoke.

"Daddy!" Bonnie screamed.

Meyer laughed," Its my Clemont and Bonnie. Hey kids, um, I'm going to need you two back at the Lumiose Gym pronto."

"Why?" The blonde siblings asked in unison.

"Clembot is malfunctioning and it's causing all the electric Pokemon to go crazy." He said as he missed a thundershock from Magnemite. "Get to the gym quickly!" The transmission ended.

"Sorry Ash but it looks like our battle is going to have to wait." Clemont had the most apologetic face that I just couldn't get mad at him. I'm actually surprised that his invention didn't blow up this time, although I do enjoy it when they do. He looks so cute when his hair puffs up and he's covered in smoke.

"It's fine. You have Pokemon and a robot to tend to."

"Thanks for understanding, Ash."

After another hour, we entered Lumiose City.

"We'll be back after we sort out everything at the gym." Clemont stated, walking towards the heart of Lumoise City.

"See you later, Serena and Ash!" Bonnie screamed before following her brother.

Serena followed me into the Pokemon Center where I gave Nurse Joy my Pokemon.

"I'll be back to get you in a while, Buddy." I said to Pikachu before leaving the center.

"You okay, Ash?" Serena asked me.

"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because I know how hard it is to not have something that you want."

"Serena are you still upset about losing the Showcase?"

"Just a little."

I smiled. "You did your best and that's what mattered. Besides, this isn't the first time that I couldn't challenge a gym leader."

Serena lightened up.

"How about we go shopping?"

"That's a splendid idea!" She exclaimed as I grabbed ahold of her hand and led her to Boutique Couture on Estival Avenue.

"Ash this place is really expensive." Serena commented as we entered the boutique.

"I knew that when I offered to take you here. Now let's find some new clothes. I've been saving my money for a few months now and I think is a great time to use it."
