Chapter 1: Alola To A New Journey

So yeah I'm Hanji nice to meet y'all and this is my first story and i know i suck at English grammar (hey don't blame me English is not my first language) so yeah just to be clear ash didn't drank the fountain of youth on this fanfiction i mean literally it's been like 2 decades and a half and ash didn't even aged a single day and Ash would be mature and there's romance in here ofc some of the scenes follw the anime and most the game so thanks to whomever is reading this (doubt anyone would read this piece of cr*p) anyways enjoy the chapter :)

On a plane in the borders of Alola

"Can you see it Lucario? Alola's stunning isn't it" A 17 year old lad with raven hair brown eyes wearing a red hat on his head and wearing a black t-shirt inside and red and white jacket with short sleeves black pants and red and black sneakers with black fingerless gloves and a keystone attached to the right one said and his ne is Ash Ketchum

Yeah i know it doesn't exactly match my description cuz i suck at it and credits to Pinterest and it's owner cuz I don't own this art and it rightfully belongs to the original owner

"Luca!" A blue and black humanoid bipedal pokemon wearing a black fingerless glove on it's right hand with a mega stone attached to it said
"Are you ready Lucario it's your first time actually traveling through an adventure"
"LUCARIO" it shouted with determination in it's voice
'That's right it's his first journey and also my first....... Without Pikachu that is' Ash thought because Ash was feeling disappointed on himself for never winning a league for 5 years of travels through many regions so Ash decided to take a one year break and start anew meaning he had to leave all his pokemon including Pikachu and start to discover more about himself and to get stronger although he was quite sad no that was an understatement he was devastated when he Left Pikachu and Pikachu won't let him leave so Ash made a promise that when he becomes strong enough he would one day come back and they would go to an adventure again and Pikachu accepted that promise although he didn't really want ash to go he knows his trainer needs space and some time to think and he has to bear it. And so Ash bid his goodbye to everyone and Proffesor Oak gave him this gadget called rotom phone a kind of pokedex that has many features with a rotom inside of it. And after a week of leaving all his pokemon behind he found a little injured riolu on the viridian forest and he decided to take it to a pokemon center because of that riolu decided to join him although Ash was hesitant about it at first he gradually accepted him as his new partner replacing pikachu and throughout one year they've trained and got their own megastone and keystone now they're on their way to Alola region to start a new journey and to test on ow strong he has become

"ATTENTION TO ALL PASSENGERS WE ARE NOW LANDING ON HAU'OLI CITY IN 5 MINUTES PLEASE DO NOT MOVE OUT FROM YOUR SEAT AND BE RELAXED AND PLEASE CHECK ALL OF YOUR BELONGINGS BEFORE GOING OUT OF BOARD THANK YOU FOR USING KANTO AIRLINES AND HAVE A GOOD DAY"

"Guess that means we're here all right let's go Lucario" Ash said in a calm tone and Lucario nodded at him

Timeskip at Hau'oli City
"Hau'oli City is quite big isn't it" Ash said as he looks around and he wasn't kidding Hau'oli City was bustling with people everywhere and there were all kinds of big buildings around him
"Well then it's been a few hours since we last ate why don't we try what Alola has to offer for us Lucario"
"CARIO! Lucario said in agreement
The pokemon abd trainer walked around in the city until they finally found a restaurant (the same one where Ash and his mom ate on pokemon the series sun and moon episode 1)

As the two were enjoying their food suddenly a pokemon appeared in front of them
"Umm... Can i help you?" Ash asked in curiosity but the pokemon suddenly disappeared and reappeared in in front of him and it took his bag
"HEY GIVE THAT BACK I NEED THAT!" Ash shouted as he followed the pokemon and Lucario came along after a 30 minutes run they arrived on a cliff
"AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH" Ash and Lucario heard a scream and went to follow where it came from to find out whose voice its belongs to then they see a girl in a middle of a very old and worn out hanging bridge that looks like it would break at any moment the girl has long blonde hair that reaches up to ger waist she was wearing a white dress with white high socks and white heels with a large white hat and she was getting attacked by a herd of spearows while protecting a bag as if it's inside was even more important than her life
"Lucario we've got to help her but I don't think that bridge will be able to withstand the weight of neither of us so use dragon pulse and get the spearows away from her!" Lucario nodded and ran near the bridge and fired a blue energy that turned into a dragon shape and hit the spearows because of that the spearows left
"HEY MISS!! CAN YOU HEAR ME?!" Ash shouted
"I-i Yes" the girl shouted back
"GOOD NOW PLEASE MAKE YOUR WAY BACK HERE SLOWLY BUT SURELY"
"I-OK"
the girl stands up and walked towards ash very slowly but when she was near on the other side of the bridge that's where it went wrobg when she took her step on the last plank of wood.... The rope broke and the bridge collapsed making the girl fall but when she thought she was gonna die a hand caught her wrist and she looked up to see that it was the boy doing his best for both of them to not fall and die
"W-why would you s-save me?" She asked
" I'll never let anyone die if i can don something about it so trust me I'll save you" the girl's eyes widens upon hearing this
"Now Lucario help us please!" He said and Lucario pulled his trainer's hands and both of them got pulled back to the endge of the cliff while panting
"I-I t-thank you f-f-for saving me" the girl said
"You don't need to thank me you know by the way what were you doing in that old hanging bridge in the first place?" the girl was about to answer when suddenly a cloud shaped like creature with the color of the starry Night sky cane out from her bag "PEEEW!!" it daod energetically "Nebby! I told you don't do that in public!!" The girls shouted at the pokemon "So that's the reason why you even tried to cross the bridge huh? And what pokemon is that it's my first time seeing it" Ash then took out his rotom phone from his pocket and placed it in front of nebby yo scan him "Error No data on this particular pokemon this could be a discovery of a new Pokemon" the pokedex said "Even I don't know...." The girl said and bowed her head in disappointment "But i do know one thing and it's that Nebby needs to go back from where he came from and I'm gonna help him do that now mister back in the bag before anyone sees you!!" The girl said "You keep him in your bag?" Ash asked confused "Ah yes I'm not exactly a trainer and Nebby's a rare Pokemon so bad guys may be after him if they saw nebby" the girl said embarrassed "You have a point if they saw Nebbby they would either use him nonstop or sell him to the blackmarket" Ash answered " What's your name by the way?" I-i-im L-li-lillie" she answered embarrassed "then Lillie I'm Ash Ketchum from the kanto region" "that's a pretty far away region" lillie mumbled under her breath but what happened next is something that both of them didn't expect
