Dark enchanting eyes...

Those eyes are what got me in this situation...

"You seem... distracted love" He teased; "Well... I'm thinking of a certain someone." You replied as you both swayed to the music inside the ballroom. You both look like lovers, but everybody knows you're enemies, rivals meant to end one another.

Your grip on one another tightens as if you never wanna let go. "May I enquire on who this someone is? I gotta know who I should steal." He replied with a smirk plastered on his. Oh how much you wanted to smack that smirk of him or kiss those lips that seem to love to tease you. "Well... I want to kill this person yet I can't seem to do so since I have gained something from them that I can't seem to find in others." You said trying to be vague as possible.

"Oh~? Seems like someone is stealing my rival away from me~" He replied pulling you closer to him "I can't let that happen–" He tightens his hold "-Only I can make you feel things." He said looking you straight in the eyes with such sternness and you can help but stare at those eyes endlessly.

"I hate you..." you said as you buried your face in his chest "yes yes I hate you too" He replied as he noticed that the song is near its end.

You suddenly look up and leaned closer to his face, heart beating endlessly at a fast pace, nerves starting to freeze you, and sweat gathering at your palms. You end your dance with him with a peck on the lips. Oh, how you dreamed of those lips and shock appeared on his face as you curtsy and run away from the ballroom. He follows you soon and you both found yourselves on the balcony.

He sees you holding the railing and he hugs you from behind, wrapping his arms around your waist. "I love you, my lovely and dearest rival." as he buries his face in your hair. You touch his arms and said facing the moon that shines on both of you "And I love you, my eternal and loving rival."
