[??? Pov]
I opened my eyes to a screen of constant glitching. My view being blocked by something similar to a VHS line moving across my vision. A statement popped up on the corner of my view in a red colored font. It tells something about the wrong visor in use. The static and the statement soon fades as I realize that I am lying on the floor of white latex. I slowly got myself up and noticed my new form of paws and claws. My soft fur is white, and my claws are sharp. Is this the Protogen that computer is talking about?
I looked around as I realize that I found myself in the office of this Protogen that has been wondering around the laboratory. I see a mirror attached to the wall. I walk towards the mirror, and a reflection of a white Protogen stares back at me. My visor is projecting a face in a red color. Suddenly an exclamation mark appeared on my visor, replacing my face. It made me jump, and the exclamation mark quickly disappeared. My red Protogen face returned. The exclamation must be related to the visor problem.
I attempted to open a muzzle, and my visor formed an open muzzle. I closed my muzzle and I noticed my metal hips. They are shapely and round. I noticed the lack of metal component present in between the arm and the shoulder. Protogen usually has a metal component located in between the arm and the shoulder, but not on me. I am a Protogen, but it feels incomplete. All of a sudden, the mirror attached to the wall fell off and shattered all over the floor. The noise of the glass shattering filled the room. I took a step closer to the pieces of glass shattered on the floor, careful not to step on any glass.
I noticed a lump on the white latex just in the middle of the glass shards on the floor. It seems there's a white latex behind the mirror, but the white latex covering the floor isn't thick enough to absorb the impact and prevent the mirror from shattering. I heard a door open nearby, and I looked to my left to where the direction of the sound came from. A manly white wolf with a lab coat wrapped around him stood by the door. He is wearing a gas mask, and has red eyes.
The white wolf stood by the door, presumably on guard when he saw me. He must have been attracted by the noise from the mirror shattering. I slowly raised my arms in the sky, just like what I saw from a television one time. "I come in peace. I got attracted to the shattering of the glass." I spoke and a long silence followed along. The two of us staring at each other. Another figure appeared behind the white wolf with a lab coat, it is a Protogen, just like me.
It has white fur covering it's body, and a visor similar to mine. The visor projects a green facial expression. The Protogen looks exactly like me. The only difference is that the Protogen has a metal component in between each of it's shoulders and arms. "That's the white latex that stole our bio bot." The Protogen stated, and the white wolf in a lab coat looked at it. "I wouldn't call it as stealing. A specimen is brave enough to take the offer and assimilate our bio bot. Congratulations, Scott. You now have new friend in your species." The white wolf in a lab coat explained, and the Protogen gave him a nod.
Protogens do not exist in here? There are only a few of us existing in this place? "K, I think I should greet them." So the white wolf in a lab coat is K, and the Protogen is Scott. Doctor K shook his head and he instead approached me. "I am Doctor K, and you have a lot to learn."
[Scott's Pov]
Doctor K bravely reached out his right paw, and the Protogen held his right paw with both of his paws, shaking it. The Protogen lets go of his right paw, and Doctor K turned to look at me before giving me a thumbs up on his right paw. I gave Doctor K a warm smile, and the two approached me. "The Protogen seems to be calm. We should show him to the others." I gave him a nod, and Doctor K walked past me. The Protogen looks at me with curiosity. The Protogen has red LED for facial expression, and his eyes are fixated at me. "Don't worry, you are safe with us. We are the only remaining creatures in this planet, so let's go stay together to survive."
The Protogen tilted his head to his left, and his visor suddenly lit up and projected a question mark. "Nevermind that. Let's go and meet the others, shall we?" The Protogen gave me a nod and we left my old office. I see Doctor K standing by the window of our garden, and looking to our direction, presumably waiting for us. I let the Protogen take the lead and I follow him from behind. His body and shape looks similar to mine. His tail is big and fluffy. Have I ever been this handsome and muscular?
I then noticed the lack of metal component in between his shoulders and arms. His arms appeared to be intact with the torso, and are not detachable just like mine. I know about the detachable arms feature of Protogen, but I refuse to know how to detach my limbs. I don't want to lose my one and only arms either intentionally or by accident. I refuse to even be curious if I would feel pain when detaching it. We eventually arrived at the window to our garden, and I saw Puro and Colin sitting together on the grass by the tree.
The white wolf has his eyes closed, and the black wolf has him wrapped in his arms in an embrace. Puro appears to be nuzzling Colin by his neck. I slowly hopped across the window and landed on the grass. My landing unfortunately made the grass rustle, and it caught Puro's attention into looking at me. The eyes of the black wolf are wide open in surprise, and he began to blush. The white wolf in his embrace let out a yawn, and he slowly opened his eyes before having them wide open in surprise. Colin and Puro are now blushing together.
"It seems the two are caught in the action." Doctor K chuckled, and I followed him. We both chuckled at the blushing mess of the two wolves sitting on the grass. "Enough of that lovely birds. We have a new member of the family. A Protogen just like Scott." Doctor K stated as he hopped across the window. He helped the Protogen cross the window, and soon we find ourselves standing side by side with the Protogen in between us. Doctor K looked at the Protogen. "What shall we call you?"
"Call me Prima."
