Here is Target! He isn't supposed to be a loved character (unlike Lucy and Lucas) he has no redeeming qualities. He is super clingy and doesn't respect Lucy's boundaries, he is very weird and obsessive over her, and just genuinely makes her uncomfortable. He's a weird yandere stalker who gets put in his place by Lucas.
Backstory: Basically he was an illegal hitman for hire. Well turns out Lucy's grandmother from japan figured out everything and hired a hitman to kill David. The plan failed and David killed him by shooting him with his own gun when let his guard down. He already made a deal with a demon before this so he is actually able and free to leave- however once he spotted Lucy he instantly became obsessed.
