Meet the main antagonist's (technically -) Lucy and Lucas! They're the main act at the super mall run by the manager David the mall is named Circus Lucille, and the area they perform in is titled "Lucy's Diner" (yes it's a super mall- inspired off family guy sksks- don't judge me :'>) that whole area is dedicated to them and is the biggest area in the mall! They're probably the most popular out of everyone there. However thier happy clown act is fake they're evil, manipulative, cunning, smart, and quite tragic characters. But they know how to take care of "pests" and like toying with victim's minds.
Okay now let's clear up some questions that may pop up!
What exactly are they?: Well they are humans who were turned into demonic monsters that feast on children's flesh to survive (I will elaborate on this in a later chapter)
What is thier backstory/past: Well dear reader grab a drink and snack while I explain why they're like this! So Lucy and Lucas grew up in quite a normal and loving household! And were very happy. Thier dad owned a circus and they got rich off it (it had become popular in her small town) however at the age of 16 the twins' mother was killed in a shooting. Her father was absolutely heartbroken (which is understandable-) and very depressed. He decided to move back to his home country which was Japan. Sadly that meant Lucy and Lucas had to leave thier friends but they knew it was for the best. Lucy left a very close friend to say the least. .his name was David and he had feelings for Lucy ever since they were in elementary school. Lucy and Lucas continued highschool in Japan and both met two guys they fell absolutely in love with.. they were engaged after highschool to thier loves and were all very happy until thier father died. Of course the twins were absolutely heartbroken and upset. But they moved back into thier home town to take care of thier father's money which was left to them in his will. Lucy was surprised to learn that David was planning on bringing her father's circus back and happily agreed. Lucas was still upset so Lucy told him she'd take care of it with David and he could rest. Lucy and David caught up and were very happy to see each other. Lucy missed her best friend however..David was still in love with her..but that love turned into an obsession..on one faithful day Lucy was helping make a banner to promote the circus when it opened and David poured out all his feelings for her admitting everything he felt about her. Lucy had stood there stunned and was immediately saddened telling David that she was already engaged and that she only seen him as a close friend. She also asked if this could not ruin her friendship with him cause she cared so much for him (just not romantically) David's whole face turned into a sick and twisted expression. He grabbed Lucy by her hair dragging her into a darker and unfurnished part of the "circus" that needed to be fixed. He then stabbed her 55 times in her body not killing her until he reached 12 stab wounds. All the while she begged for help. He dragged her body to a hidden area in the circus where a demon who called herself "Laura" offered Lucy to be able to live again..on the condition that her and Lucy share a soul and she'll do what Laura askes of her. Lucy was locked in that dark room alone for a few months slowly loosing her mind. Lucas was absolutely destroyed by his sister suddenly going missing. So he tried retracing her steps and put up missing persons fliers. Once Lucas was at the diner he ended up witnessing David murdering another person he immediately tried running out the door but David threw a knife in his back causing him to slow down. David ran up to him and pulled Lucas by his hair dragging him back in the diner while Lucas so desperately tried to leave. David then decided to kill Lucas a different way cause it'd be "more fun" in that moment Lucas grabbed the knife in his back and stabbed David in the leg. David was furious and immediately started strangling Lucas. Lucas was then given the same treatment as Lucy. Being locked in a room all alone for 5 years with only the demon he made a deal with being there for him.
