Kāri is one of the deuteragonists in the series. They appear as a good friend to some of the main characters but has a few conflicts in the story.
Personality Kāri is a rebellious, cool, and overall great person. At the beginning they seem dry and sarcastic but at heart, they're a truly kind person. They have a hot temper but is good at controlling it as their character develops. They're often seen as the class clown and is usually in detention or writing lines in class. Kāri is very protective of their friends and mainly conflicts with Towaira Tonaito. Appearance Kāri has red spiky hair which appears as a layered hairstyle when wet, they have dark blue eyes and lacks definition to her eyes causing her to look less girlish. They identifies as genderqueer and bisexual hence the badges on her shirt but uses she/her/they/them pronouns.They wear the female dress shirt, lacking either the male tie nor the female tie and wears baggy navy blue trousers.They also wear sneakers but wear the same school shoes as everyone else. On formal occasions at school (headmasters speech/festival day)they wear the female bow tie and her badges are absent. Out of school, they like baggy jeans and vintage shirts but refuses to wear clothes that define their gender. Trivia * Their name (Kāri) is actually their English name (karli) translated into Japanese. * Them and Towaira are the only characters to have blue eyes. * Their hair colour is not natural, she dyes it * They need glasses but usually forget them due to their forgetful personality
