919 words (Reader was in the Red Room ig idk she was an assassin) <3 ——————————————————————————— You were an avenger but you couldn't help but feel guilty about it. You knew about Matt's activities as Daredevil but if he found out about your job he we be in great danger.
He thought you worked at Stark Industries which was partially true but you weren't a scientist or an engineer. Matt suspected nothing because he knew how smart you were and you were capable of doing the job
Fast forward to now... Matt thought you were Stark had asked you to go with him to a convention when it was really a mission.
It was the usual Hydra mission. Get information and get out but there was a person hiding in the trees and they shot you right in the thigh. You were with Natasha during this because she was your best friend and you were always paired together. You fell to the ground while groaning in pain.
"Y/N is down can someone come get her?" Nat said into the comms while soothing your arm as you tried to stay quiet
"Yup coming now." Tony replied
~Back to Stark towers~
You were laying in the hospital section of Stark tower bored out of your mind. Your leg was hurting but you were over it. All you wanted was to go to your apartment and lay in bed with Matt.
Suddenly, Tony walked in the room with his phone in hand.
"Hey Y/n do you have like a boyfriend or someone we can call? Don't want them wondering where you are" Tony asked
"Yeah I do but DONT call him Stark I swear to god" you said pointing a finger at him
"Okay okay I wont" Tony said with a wink
"Ugh" you huffed as you laid back in bed
You decided you would take a nap to pass the time away.
~Matt's POV~
I was sitting in my office when I got a call.
"Hello?" I said
"Hello is this Matt Murdock?" The caller asked
"Yes this is what can I help you with?" I replied
"Y/N L/N has been injured and is currently at Stark tower and injur-" Thats all Matt heard before he raced out the door and ran to Stark tower

(Second Person POV)
You woke up from your nap hearing someone's voice yelling at another's
"Let me in!" The voice said
You immediately sat up on the bed before you heard the door open and Matt come through the door. He looked like he was gonna have smoke come out of his ears until he saw you. Matt ran to you and wrapped you in a hug.
You returned the hug until he finally broke it and sat down in the chair next to you.
Matt took your hands in his and looked where he guessed your eyes were.
"Please tell me everything because I know you don't 'just' work for Tony Stark" Matt said seriously
You told Matt everything. How you were taken when you were a child and taken into the Red Room from when Natasha saved you and brought you to the Avengers and saved your life. You made sure to add how you had gotten hurt that day.
"Why didn't you tell me any of this? I could have helped or something. I barley even knew anything about your life before us!" Matt said while he started to get angry
Matt dropped your hands and had his on his forehead as he rested his elbows on his thighs. He occasionally combed his hand through his hair.
"Matt please calm down. I just was nervous and all okay! It's kinda scary to talk about without someone either pitying you or calling you a monster." You said; whispering the last part.
Matts head snapped up as heard that. He took his glasses off and placed them on the side table. He grabbed your hand again and started rubbing circles into it. Matt brought it up to his mouth and placed a soft kiss to it and then laced his fingers through it; placing it on his thigh.
"I'm so sorry I was just upset and scared okay? When I got the call I thought you were about to die and I just couldn't think of any possible reason on why you would be hurt if you were just an assistant or something. I didn't mean to scare you." Matt said
You laid back into the bed and prepared for another nap; Matt quickly noticing because of your heartbeat becoming calmer. He gave your hand another kiss and dropped. You looked at him with a lazy smile and closed your eyes.
Matt decided to take a nap as well. He hadn't been able to sleep last night due to daredevil duties and missing you. He felt like he was gonna fall over all day.
SLEEP ——————————————————————————— Alright that's it! So I'm like leaving now (not forever) cause I'm going to camp and stuff so I'm like closing requests I guess.
Ok I haven't seen Stranger Things but Joe Keerys music is so good like wtf?! I was listening to it while making this lol
