We start this Chapter off when all the Students are in front of a Stage waiting for the referee of This Years Sports Festival as the Crowd starts to cheer as the Students see Midnight walking to the Stage as she grabs the Mic and speaks 

Midnight: Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome to this Year's Sports festival now to start us off will the Hottest, Biggest Dick Size, The Man that made me Wet just thinking of Him Izuku Parker please come up 

*Note Izuku took Parker as the Last name because of the Stories Venom told Izuku about Peter Parker*

This made everyone in the crowd, Students, The People at Home shocked and confused as Izuku just walks up to the Stage and stands next to Midnight 

Izuku 'Well What away to announce Me'

Venom 'I feel we are going to get a Lot of Hate saying its not Fair you get to Bang her'

Anti 'Most likely'

Carnage 'We can find the ones making those Comments and Eat them'

Izuku 'No now Shut up I need to make a Speech' 

Izuku: Well what a way to get me to come up Midnight to make my Speech 

Midnight: Sorry you know how I get 

Izuku: I do anyway lets get this Speech over with so we can all start the Sports Festival 

As everyone is now focus on Izuku as he looks down and then looks at his fellow Students 

Izuku: I would like to say that Not all People are created Equal, I learned that at a Young age when My Parents Neglected me and My So called Friends Bullied me over something I couldn't control

This Made everyone realise that Izuku was the Son of All Might who he neglected because he was Quirkless

Izuku: But that didn't stop my Dream, When I left Home My Quirk that was dormant inside my Body awoken and I started to Train with them My 3 Living Quirks, They became my Family and pushed me to be the Hero I always wanted to be, Now today you will see them but I will say they are Evil Looking some might Say Villain Quirks but that shouldn't matter 

As we cut to a Man on a Water Tower watching a Big Screen as he looks at Izuku 

Izuku: What Matters is that If you have the Heart of a Hero then become a Hero Screw what Society says you can and cannot be if your Quirkless and want to be a Hero then Be a Hero, Same with people that have so called Villain Quirks want to be a Hero then Be a Hero

As the Man Smiles as he watches Izuku 

Stain: Finally the True Hero I seek has appeared Izuku Parker I will be waiting for the Day we met and for you to be the one to take me down 

As we Cut back to the Sports Festival as Izuku continues to speak

Izuku: Today I will show you all what I can do and I want all of you my fellow students to do the same, I know most of the Other Classes think they can't compare to Class 1-A because they are the Top Class but you can Each of you here today has something to prove, a Dream we all share a Dream to be Heroes, It doesn't matter what class your in what matters is that you give it your all and fight no matter what, So Today I Vow and I hope you all take this Vow with me That I will never Give up, I will never Back down, I will always Rise up when It is Needed, I will not care what others think of me, I will prove to the World and Myself that I can be a Hero worthy of the Name 

As Izuku just walks away as the Crowd and students start clapping some start crying because they are now inspired to push their Limits as Izuku goes to his class as they all tell him great speech as Midnight takes the Mic
