Act like the triwizard tournament happened in their fifth year instead of their fourth year

Jayson's pov

"Jay! Come on we'll be late" "okay okay I'm coming Mione calm down" I scrambled down the stairs almost tripping on the last step and out the door into the car. As our parents drove we talked in the back "Mione why does Ron hate me?" "He doesn't hate you Jay he just doesn't like Slytherins" I thought for a moment "and neither does Harry, the twins and Ginny but they like me, and you don't hate me but you hate my friends" she looked at you "Dracos not your friend, Pansys a pick me girl and Blaise is an arse hole" "hey! No he's not, Pansys actually really nice and so is Draco you just hate them because their Slytherin and while your at it you might as well hate me!" I looked to see we were a Kings Cross station and i got my trunk from the car and went to the Slytherin booths

"What's up jay?" Blaise asked as I sat and just stared out the window "my sister" "that sucks" Draco butt in "tell me about it" I grinned "hey boys" "hey pans" Blaise said as she sat beside him "so how was you guys summers?" Pansy asked "boring." "Course it was Draco, mine was better" Blaise said as sarcastically as he could "jay what bout you" "annoying" "oh yeah Hermione your sister" "yes" "how is it" "annoying very annoying but not all the time" "you guys wanna play cards I've got some" "sure" "yeah" "you know it mate" we played card games for a few hours when my head darted up "what?" Pansy asked "I thought I heard the door open must of been someone going to the bathroom or something" "yeah don't worry about it let's play"

Hermiones pov

"What's wrong Mione?" Harry asked "nothing just something Jay said" "what did he say I'll kill him!" "No you will not Ron!" "I will" I watched as he got up and went down to the Slytherin booths "should we stop him?" "Harry I don't think he's daft enough to go try beat up a Slytherin third year in a booth of all years especially Slytherins" "really?" I heard a bang and I shot up "come on!" I grabbed Harry as we ran up to where Ron had went

Jayson's pov

"Oi! Granger!" I turned to see Ronald Weasley "Weasley. What do you want" "I've a bone to pick with you" "oh really?" I stood up I was taller than him and I was younger "what did you say to Hermione" "what I say to my sister is none of your business" "it is as her best friend" "the best friend who would slag her in their first year?" I grinned and he pushed me so I pushed him back, he swung a punch at me but I grabbed his fist and crushed it breaking his hand and then proceeding to punch him in the face repeatedly while he was on the floor "Jayson Alexander Granger! Get off him!" "Get out Mudblood!" Draco said, I got off Ron "next time don't send your puny little gryffindork friends to fight me or they'll end up dead next time" I said as I grabbed my stuff and walked off the train with the rest of the Slytherins

Me, Draco and Blaise got into our robes and met Pansy by the great hall, we walked in and sat down at our table. "Everyone if I could have your attention please, welcome back to another year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I have an announcement this year Hogwarts will host the Tri Wizard Tournament, we shall be joined by the ladies of Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and the men of the Durmstrang Institute. I have also been informed that the Gryffindor and Slytherin house will be combined into one common room and Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw shall also be combined, so please welcome the ladies of Beauxbatons"

Whistles were heard from the boys as they entered the hall, I have to admit they were pretty and all but way to old for a third year like me. "And the men of Durmstrang" Every girl in the hall had their eyes on quidditch legend Viktor Krum, they had staffs that were on fire and they were twirling them around it was pretty cool. They sat with us Slytherins while the girls sat with the Ravenclaws. "Please enjoy your feast." All the food appeared on the table and I didn't eat one piece

I stared at my hand as my knuckles were red from fighting the Weasley "I'm going to end up killing one of them." "Woah jay that's a bit to much mate" "oh please like you wouldn't kill potter Draco" he looked at me and then went back to eating. I stood up and left to the common room and went straight to my dorm "Hermione. What a lovely surprise" "don't be sarcastic. Dumbledore said we've to share a dorm because we're related" I practically almost fainted "what." "Mhm so get used to it" I forgot about the house combining "have it im going to Blaises or Pansys room" "ah no" she stood in front of me "your staying" "move out of my way or I'll move you" she pushed me and I landed on my bed "your staying" "fine" I turned around to face the wall.
