Solving a unsolved case

The Attack

Legosi Pov

Today we have a new member of the drama club and he wasn't so... pleasant to say the least. There was actually a meeting at the rooftop from the members of the drama club. I didn't want to stay any longer so I left with a sniffle. What sucks is that I have a cold and I couldn't smell any scent so I have to be cautious when I go to to get some medicine for my cold.

Well looking through the medicine I came across a certain bunny. "Oh, hey haru." She looked at me and smile. "Hey legosi, what you up to?"

"I came here to get some medicine." I found the medicine I was looking for and took it.

I felt a pair of arms around my leg. "You take care of yourself now. Don't want your cold getting worse." I chuckle "agree." She went to the cleaning isle and wave at me. "Well see you tomorrow." I wave back as I say goodbye and paid for the medicine then left.

While walking I couldn't help but feel like I'm being followed.

I started to get paranoid until I heard a twig snap behind me. I turn around but I was thrown to the wall and everything went black.

Jack pov

Callot and I were hanging out in our dorm watching him playing his game til being interrupted by my phone. I looked to see who's calling me.

"Oh, it's legosi." I answered the phone but all I heard was breathing. I realized that he needs some tissues for his noes so I grab the tissue box though I wonder why he didn't say anything.

"Oh, he just needs some tissue?" Collot ask "Yeah" I respond "wow how can you tell from that?" Said Callot "Well it's the sound he make when his nose is stuffy."

I continuesly try to talk to legoshi but I can only hear breathing.

Something isn't right...

I listen again carefully and this time he was whimpering. I began to panic, something is wrong with legosi.

I quickly ran but bump into the principal. "Jack?! Are you ok?" I quickly got up and continued running. The principal started to run too, probably because he notice something isn't right from the look of my face.

We both made it out side and the smell of iron lingering in the air. We follow the smell that lead us to a shack.

We turn around the corner to see a tide up wolf coverd in blood. "LEGOSI!" I quickly untie legosi while the principal call for help.

He bleeding alot and his breathing faintly. I notice he has a chunk of his shoulder missing along with his sides.  "P-please, stay with me!"

As soon the principal looked away. He pulled out a book from his pocket and hand it to me. "Take it...please" I took the book and lay it down next to me.

"They'll be here in a hour. Can you stay with us legosi." Said the principal "Cold...." He place his coat over legosi and face towards me. "I'm sorry."

Huh?

He started to cry "I'm sorry you have to see me like this, I just thought that I could protect everyone but I was too reckless." He hold my hand "I'm sorry for everything." I couldn't help but cried. "It's ok, I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at who's responsible for this."

We heard the siren coming twords us " I'll lead them to us. Make sure he's still breathing." The principal run towards them living me with legosi. I wasn't expecting what legosi said next.

"Will you do me a favor?" I looked out him seeing the life being drained from him. I nodded " Tell Bill....That the same killer...responsible for Tems death....was with us...and tell my grampa that.... I'm sorry for being the worst grandson he ever had..."

The ambulance arrived but it was already too late.

The next morning everyone was getting ready for their day not knowing that the announcement won't be good for them to hear.

As I was putting my shirt on, I looked at legosi bed. Collot pulled legoshi curtains to see an empty bed.

"Hey jack where's legosi?" I stop moving, I wanted to tell them but should I? I don't know how their going to react but staying silent will make things worse.

"Yeah where is he?" Everyone is looking right at me waiting for an answer.

"I'll tell you after the announcement." They looked each other confused but continued to get ready. I felt a tear running down my face.

As we're walking down the hallway. A student looked out the window "Hay do you know what's the flowers for?" We look out the window and saw flowers  being taken to the shack. "Those are lilies and lavender, did someone died?"

As if on cue the principal approached us with a sad look. "Yes, that's also part of the announcement. Please go to the second auditorium with the others."

They do as they where told and head over to the auditorium. I decided to stay behind with the principal. "Why, why him?" The principal looked at me pained "I don't not know why they go after him."

"Do you think it was the same killer?" He look away from me. "The police said it maches with Tems injuries but there's still no evidence that leads to the killer."

I remember legosi give me his notes before he died but something tells me that I shouldn't give it to the police. It's true that they did a horrible job at solving Tems death so maybe that's probably why he give it to me while the principal looked away.

"I should get going, you're welcome to skip the announcement and stay in your dorm." I shook my head "Is his gramps here?" I ask

He nodded "yes he is. gotta say that I'm surprised that he's legosi guardian." I chuckle " He doesn't talk about him alot afraid of what the others will think of him."

I say my farewell and head to legosi mormoral and chat with the specific komedo dragon himself.
