"There is not a chance she'll set foot in our stadium. We bought it so it's our choice" Benjamin said
"You bought it using my money!"
"We earned that money"
"How? Scamming me out of my own company and then attempting to sue me and play the company off as your own" I asked them and they both glared at me
"Ok so Kadie needs to play at the SoFi stadium, it's the only place that makes sense, so what do we have to do for you to let her play it?" Emily asked. They were silent for a minute as they thought through all the possibilities
"Give is your percentage of H&M" Adam said
"What?!" I yelled
"You heard me" Adam smirked
"Over my dead fucking body will you ever get a percent of that company again" I spat. I'm a polite person, to everyone, even the paparazzi. But Adam and Benjamin are another level of pure hatred and as long as I live I'll never be nice to them because they've tried to ruin my life several times.
"Well then I guess you can't play SoFi" Benjamin said
"Sorry to break it to you guys but you have more chance of the moon blowing up right now than you have of kadie giving you a percentage of H&M. There has to be something else" Emily asked. Once again there was silence as the two men thought about it. They really had a lot of options because both me and Emily and our team have our hearts set on this stadium.
"Hang out with us" Benjamin said
"What the fuck?" I mumble
"Hang out with us" he repeated "ever since that court case with you we've been one of the most hated people on the internet, and moneys been... hard to obtain. But if we were to start hanging out with you, show that we're friends, we could start getting sponsors, more job opportunities, even our stadium might to better"
"What would I have to do?" I asked
"Hang out in public and make sure the paparazzi get a picture, posts on social media, look happy in each other's company" Benjamin said
"Fat chance" I scoffed
"We need to gain back popularity and stop being one of the most hated people on the internet. Your the only way we can do that"
"I'm not spending another second in your company. So go to hell with your offer, I'll find somewhere else to play" I said
"We'll find something that works for both of you. But it is two in the morning and I'm sure you'd all like to go to bed. So I'll talk to you all in the morning" Emily said and we all quickly stood up and walked out of the office and down the stairs back onto the street where more paparazzi had crowed.
On my way out I didn't bother engaging in light conversation, I was fumming and ready to snap.
Adam and Benjamin were behind me as we stepped onto the street with the paparazzi. I began walking down the street towards the car and was barely a few steps before I heard Adam yell from behind me
"Hey Kadie, say hi to Lucia for me, she always was very kind to me" he had a smirk covering his face. Fuck this, I snapped
"I'll kill you!" I screamed, and pushed past the paparazzi and went to jump at them. I've never resorted to violence but like I said, Adam and Benjamin Brooklyn don't count.
