The Alanno Anthology

Introduction

2145, the year that human history changed forever.

Humanity was… not in a great position. Funny enough, most things have been going well; politics, economic, and technological advancements. That was, except for the tension between the sexes. 

For some time now women have been growing more demanding and aggressive towards men. As such there has been a decrease in marriage and children and an increase of depression and loneliness among the men of humanity. 

That was until February 14 2145.

They appeared into our sensors just by Jupiter. There had to have been over a hundred ships in a triangle formation slowly approaching earth. They called themselves the Alannos and they have been looking to make a contract with us.

At first we communicate through translating single messages like two people talking through text messaging. It was slow and tedious but we were able to get it to work. By that time it's been over a year since their arrival but we were able to learn so much about them.

To our shock, despite being a thousand years technically ahead of us, we had similar histories and turmoil. Their culture was very compatible with ours. We also learned that they had been traveling for a long time finding a new home as their old world was destroyed by a warring species.

Eventually the day came that we would finally see who our new neighbors were. All of humanity was very anxious. Despite their openness with their culture we were never told what they looked like.

As the world held their breath, an opulent ship made of blues and gold landed over the waters next to the United Nations. All of the world leaders, mostly women, stood by the entrance of the ship waiting to meet our new friends. With a click a walkway opened up and landed on the ground. Walking down the long stairs stood five regal Alannos, and the world both cheered and groaned simultaneously. 

The five Alanno diplomas that greeted humanity were all women of their species, tall and well endowed. Their faces resembled the mice of our world but there were some noticeable differences. They bared long antelope-like ebony to ivory horns that produced from their head and had fluffy tails that looked like a fox. The five came in an assortment of colors from reds, yellows, browns, and whites in different spotted patterns. Their tall stature was pronounced by their long legs that made them stand over seven feet tall at the very least. And finally their large meaty thighs and chest that eclipsed any human woman could ever hope to possess.

As the delegates interact with the world leaders, a vital information of Alanno's world was left out until now. Despite our similar history and culture to the Alannos there was one major difference, instead of men being the dominant sex like in our world, it was the female in theirs. Everything from war, the formation of empires, and rule of law was governed by the Alanno female. They stood a good foot and a half taller than their male counterparts, and took up most of the "masculine" jobs that us humans would consider. Their history was those of queens instead of kings and fighting was a female conflict instead of men. They were a matriarch vs. our patriarchy.

When this information was initially reported, the woman of humanity felt a sense of pride and superiority with this female-dominated species, and a sense of dread among the men. 

But that was years ago and reality is much more interesting than pride and prejudice. These are their stories of how the woman of Alanno stole the men of earth.
