" 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗿, 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗸𝗶𝘁, 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗹𝘀- 𝙊𝙝! 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀 " I say to myself quietly

" 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝟮 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 "

Today Billie and I are going hiking, I'm really excited cause it's my first time but also very nervous, a lot of things can go wrong especially since we're going hiking somewhere where nobody really goes, so it's most likely just gonna be us on the trail so we're not disturbed by anyone

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗜 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗼 " I grabbed my backpack I'm bringing that has all the stuff we might need

•𝚃𝙸𝙼𝙴 𝚂𝙺𝙸𝙿•

Making it to the hiking spot we walk on a trail that'll lead to a more harder/rockier spot, we have to really be careful there but besides that, we thought it would be fun, a challenge even tho we'll probably give up in five minutes

" 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲! " Billie says while intertwining our hands

" 𝗜 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳
𝘆𝗼𝘂 " I pull out my polaroid camera and snap a beautiful pic of Billie

" 𝗦𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 " I show Billie admiring her natural beauty

We continue the easy trail for about 10 minutes until we were at the spot where we really wanted to hike at

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗺𝘀𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 "

" 𝘼𝙢 𝙣𝙤𝙩! " I look at her with a straight face knowing damn well she is

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗜 𝗮𝗺, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗟𝘂𝘃 "

We get back to walking, so far it's really relaxing, challenging but relaxing, it feels really good to be honest, it's not too hot, it'swindy sending a nice breeze this morning, I really love this

As we're walking I see we're approaching a really rocky area so I grab Billie's hand to make sure none of us bust our asses but Billie being Billie she let go and wanted to show me how brave and how she's not clumsy, unfortunately, that didn't end very well

" 𝙊𝙒! 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗬/𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀! " Billie cries in pain while holding her knee

" 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙚! 𝗼𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼𝗱, 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆 " I try my best to carry Billie back to the car while trying not to fall myself

Finally making it back, I drive back home as fast as I can, I would go to the hospital but it's too far and she's in a lot of pain

" 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 " I reassure her

Fortunately, just by looking at her ankle, she didn't break it, she might have sprained it...again

Back home we called her doctor and physical therapist and tomorrow they're gonna check on her, for right now they gave us instructions on what to do [ɪᴅᴋ ʜᴏᴡ ᴛʜɪs ᴡᴏʀᴋs ʏᴀʟʟ, ʙᴀʀᴇ ᴡɪᴛʜ ᴍᴇ]

" 𝗢𝗸𝗮𝘆, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹? " I said putting a little pressure on it

" 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲
𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 " She's been resting her ankle for a little while now and we put ice on it just to take the soreness and the swelling away

I made sure to have Billie rest on the bed so we wouldn't have the hassle of bringing her upstairs later, that was a task in itself but we're not gonna talk about that...

" 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘆? " I said laying in bed with Billie's head on my shoulders

" 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗜'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 " I grab her face and pull her into a loving kiss

I massage her scalp to relax her while I try to find something to watch on Netflix

" 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 " Billie said kissing my cheek

" 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝗟𝘂𝘃 "

For the rest of the day, we stay in bed, I occasionally get up to get Billie something or help her use the bathroom, all I know is that I'm 𝑁𝐸𝑉𝐸𝑅 going hiking again...at least not with Billie's clumsy ass
