Kindaichi pays before he runs towards Kunimi's house while continuously glancing at his phone.
Kindaichi "💭I don't know whether Akira will be angry or happy that I let him sleep in."
Kindaichi "..."
Kindaichi "💭Maybe he would be happy that I let him sleep in more and mad that I was with Kageyama."
Kindaichi "...."
Kindaichi "💭I will buy salted caramel just in case."
Kindaichi "💭I believe I am safe, as long as he doesn't wake up before I reach his place."
Kindaichi "💭Let's hurry, legs. Run faster."
Kindaichi "Ugh..."
After 20 minutes, Kindaichi reaches Kunimi's house, where Kunimi's mom opens the door.
Kunimi's mom "Morning sweetheart."
Kunimi's mom "Akira is still asleep."
Kindaichi "Morning, thank you, mam."
Kindaichi walks into Akira's room and slowly opens the door to peek inside. Akira is sleeping on the side while hugging a body pillow shirtless.
Kindaichi "💭This boy will kill me someday."
Kindaichi "💭From either cuteness overload."
Kindaichi "💭Or blood loss."
Kindaichi closes the door slowly and places his bag near it. He walks towards the sleeping boy and starts to shower his face with kisses.
Kunimi "Hmmm."
Kunimi turns in his bed and covers his face with the blanket.
Kindaichi "Come on, baby boy."
Kindaichi "It is already 11."
Kunimi "1 more hour."
Kindaichi "..."
Kindaichi "All people ask for additional minutes, but you are asking for hours."
Kunimi "Well, they are idiots."
Kunimi "Now let me sleep."
Kindaichi lets out a sigh before he locks the bedroom door and takes off his shirt and pants. Kindaichi then jumps on top of Kunimi making the latter scream.
Kunimi "Yuu."
Kindaichi "Hmmm?"
Kunimi "I cannot breathe."
Kindaichi "Too bad."
Kunimi pushes Kindaichi to the side, slightly opening his eyes before they go wide.
Kunimi "Why are you naked?"
Kindaichi "I am wearing boxers."
Kunimi "That thing is barely hanging in its place."
Kunimi "5 seconds and it will be gone."
Kindaichi "Really?"
Kindaichi "Can you demonstrate?"
Kunimi "..."
Kunimi "No, because mom is home."
Kunimi "I am taking a shower."
Kunimi "Put your clothes back on."
Kindaichi chuckles as he grabs Kunimi's shirt and wears it after wearing his pants. Kunimi just sighs and takes Kindaichi's shirt with him to the bathroom.
Kunimi "Find a good excuse in the meantime, to whatever comment my mom will say."
Kunimi slams the door, leaving a smiling Kindaichi standing in the middle of the room. Kindaichi makes Kunimi's bed before he sits near it.
Kindaichi "💭As if his mom ever comments about anything."
Kindaichi "..."
Kunimi's mom "Boys, breakfast is ready."
Kunimi's mom "I will be leaving now, bye."
Kunim's mom screams.
Kindaichi "💭I don't need to worry about that now, I guess."
Kindaichi "Akira."
Kunimi walks into the room with his hair still damp and sits in front of Kindaichi.
Kunimi "Dry my hair."
Kindaichi "Alright."
Kindaichi starts to rub the towel on Kunimi's hair slowly for a few minutes before he gets the hairdryer and starts blowing Kunimi's hair.
Kunimi "Can you also straighten it?"
Kindaichi "Yes, but after we eat."
Kunimi "Okay."
Kunimi "Carry me."
Kunimi raises his arms in the air which makes Kindaichi smile warmly at him as he carries him. Kunimi wraps his legs around Kindaichi's waist and places his head on Kindaichi's shoulder while holding Kindaichi tightly as he walks toward the kitchen. Kindaichi sits on a chair and places Kunimi in his lap.
Kindaichi "Why are you being this clingy today?"
Kunimi "Don't know."
Kindaichi "Do you want me to feed you too?"
Kunimi "Yup."
Kindaichi "Okay."
Kindaichi pecks Kunimi's cheek before he starts eating and feeding Kunimi while Kunimi only plays with Kindaichi's hair.

After they finish eating and cleaning up. Kunimi sits between Kindaichi's legs as the latter straightens Kunimi's hair. Kunimi picks his phone and starts playing with it.
Kunimi "Oikawa-senpai said we have a practice match tomorrow."
Kunimi "So we need to be early."
Kindaichi "Okay."
Kunimi "Mmmm."
Kindaichi "..."
Kunimi "..."
Few minutes of silence have passed before another message arrives, making Kunimi stiffen.
Kindaichi "Is that Oikawa-senpai too?"
Kunimi "N-no"
Kindaichi "..."

Kindaichi "What is wrong?"

Kindaichi "Akira?"
Kunimi "Nothing."
Kunimi "I will continue my hair."

Kunimi stands up and unplugs his straightener and sits in front of the mirror.

Kindaichi "Why are you mad?"
Kunimi "For no reason."

Kindaichi "And you told me it is good because you will finally sleep in."

Kunimi turns off the straightener and leaves his room while Kindaichi trails after him.
Kindaichi "Akira wait."
Kindaichi "Can you at least explain to me what you mean?"
Kunimi "Oh...how terrible of me."
Kunimi "Here."
Kunimi shoves his phone in Kindaichi's face. Kindaichi takes the phone and stares at a picture of himself hugging Kageyama before he lets out a loud sigh.
Kindaichi "Akira..."
Kunimi "So?"
Kindaichi "I was just comforting him."
Kunimi "You could comfort him differently."
Kunimi "Like using words."
Kunimi "You didn't need to hug him."
Kindaichi "You are overreacting."
Kunimi "Ugh...I am not."
Kunimi "You didn't need to hug him to comfort him, Yutaro."
Kunimi "What the hell?"
Kindaichi "Can you calm down for a second-"
Kunimi "No, I cannot."
Kunimi puts on his shoes.
Kindaichi "Where are you going?"
Kunimi "Out."
Kindaichi "Akira, can we please talk this through."
Kindaichi "You are overreacting-"
Kunimi "You know what."
Kunimi "I was planning to go for a walk to calm my head a bit."
Kunimi "But I changed my mind."
Kunimi "I am going to Kageyama's place-."
Kunimi screams as he opens the front door, but Kindaichi slams the door and throws Kunimi over his shoulder.
Kunimi "Yutaro."
Kunimi starts hitting Kindaichi's back.
Kunimi "Let me go."
Kunimi "I said, let me go, Yutaro."
Kindaichi ignores Kunimi's screaming and continues walking into Kunimi's room. Kindaichi locks the door before he throws Kunimi on his bed. Kunimi immediately stands up, but Kindaichi sits on the floor in front of the door.
Kunimi "Give me the keys."
Kindaichi "Not before you calm down and talk this through."
Kunimi "I am not going to calm down."
Kunimi "Give me the keys."
Kunimi "..."
Kunimi "Yutaro, give me the keys now."
Kindaichi "You aren't leaving this room before you calm down."
Kunimi "..."
Kunimi "Yutaro!"
Kindaichi "..."
Kindaichi looks at Kunimi who is standing near him with one hand on his waist and the other open in front of Kindaichi's face.
Kunimi "..."
Kindaichi "I am not changing my mind."
Kunimi "Fine."
Kunimi stomps to his bed and collapses on his bed before he grabs a pillow and screams into it.
A long hour has passed, and Kunimi is still hugging the pillow with his back turned to Kindaichi.
Kindaichi "..."
Kindaichi "Akira?"
Kunimi "Leave me alone."
Kindaichi lets out a sigh and sits near Kunimi on the bed.
Kindaichi "Are you going to ruin the entire day just because of this?"
Kunimi immediately sits up and faces Kindaichi."
Kunimi "Just because of this...he said..."
Kunimi "Just because of this."
Kunimi "Ugh."
Kindaichi "..."
Kindaichi "I seriously don't understand why you are this angry."
Kunimi "Oh my, are you serious now, Yutaro."
Kindaichi "Yes, I don't understand the reason behind this outburst."
Kindaichi "I hugged people before while comforting them-"
Kunimi "But these people weren't Kageyama."
Kindaichi "What is the difference?"
Kunimi "Kageyama is your first love, Yutaro."
Kunimi "That is the difference."

Kunimi hugs the pillow and lays down.
Kunimi "Just leave me alone for today, Yu."

Kindaichi sighs before he stands up.

Kunimi "Please, Yutaro, just leave me alone for today."

Around 5 P.M, Kindaichi's phone starts ringing.
Kindaichi "Akira?"
Kunimi "Are you home?"
Kindaichi "Yeah..."
Kunimi "I am outside..."
Kindaichi "Just...hmmm ... wait a second."
Kindaichi runs downstairs and opens the front door. Kunimi hugs Kindaichi immediately tightly.
Kindaichi "A-Akira?"
Kunimi "I am sorry."
Kunimi "I am so sorry."
Kunimi "I am so sorry I overreacted."
Kindaichi starts rubbing Kunimi's head slowly as he walks him inside and closes the door. Kunimi's hug tightens as Kindaichi continues to stroke Kunimi's back slowly.
Kindaichi "It is alright."
Kunimi shakes his head while still hugging Kindaichi.
Kunimi "I am sorry."
Kindaichi "Let's go to my room, okay?"
Kunimi "Mmmm."
Kunimi starts to pull away from the hug but Kindaichi pulls him back into his embrace and carries Kunimi.
Kunimi "Yu."
Kindaichi "Hold on tight."
Kunimi "Mmm."
Kunimi places his arms around Kindaichi's shoulders and legs around his waist as Kindaichi walks into his room while holding Kunimi.
Kindaichi sits on his bed and seats Kunimi on his lap while Kunimi keeps his head buried in Kindaichi's neck.
Kindaichi "Akira..."
Kunimi "I am sorry."
Kindaichi shakes his head slowly as he replies.
Kindaichi "It is fine."
Kunimi "..."
Kindaichi "..."
Kunimi "I am afraid every time Kageyama is around."
Kindaichi "Afraid?"
Kunimi "I am afraid I will lose you."
Kindaichi "Akira..."
Kindaichi "Akira, look at me."
Kunimi pulls away but keeps looking down. Kindaichi raises Kunimi's face slowly until their eyes meet.
Kindaichi "I love you, Akira."
Kindaichi "Nobody will separate us."
Kindaichi "Do you hear me? Nobody."
Kunimi "Mmm."
Kunimi nods before he hugs Kindaichi again.
Kindaichi "I will stop talking to Kageyama t-."
Kunimi "No, I mean ..."
Kindaichi "..."
Kunimi "It's..."
Kunimi "I-I trust you, Yu."
Kunimi "A-and Kageyama needs someone ...now..."
Kunimi "I don't mind if you talk to him... but..."
Kindaichi "I will tell you everything."

Kunimi nods before he kisses Kindaichi's cheek and hugs him again. Kindaichi rubs Kunimi's back as a smile spreads on his face.
Kindaichi "Have you eaten anything yet?"
Kunimi "No."
Kindaichi "Do you want to eat out?"
Kunimi "No...Hmmmm..."
Kunimi "Can we get groceries and make food together?"
Kindaichi "Of course."
Kindaichi pecks Kunimi's lips, but before he pulls away, Kunimi pushes Kindaichi on the bed and sits on Kindaichi's waist.
Kindaichi "A-Akira?"
Kunimi "Hmmm?"
Kindaichi "W-what are you doing?"
Kunimi "I want to kiss you more?"
Kunimi "Can't I?"
Kindaichi "You can b-."
Kunimi attacks Kindaichi's lips aggressively. He slips his tongue into Kindaichi's mouth.
Kindaichi "Mmmmmm."
Kunimi tangles his tongue with Kindaichi while both fight for dominance over the kiss.
Kindaichi "Aki- ....Mmmmmm."
Kindaichi gives up and allows Kunimi to take control over the kiss, making Kunimi smirk as he starts to explore each corner of Kindaichi's mouth.
Kindaichi "Mmmmm."
Kunimi's hand slips under Kindaichi's shirt but Kindaichi grabs Kunimi's arm while pushing Kunimi's chest.
Kindaichi "Wait..."
Kunimi immediately stops and sits near Kindaichi.
Kunimi "Are you okay?"
Kindaichi "Yeah...but I ... Don't..."
Kunimi "Okay."
Kunimi "Do you still want to go out or-."
Kindaichi "I want to."
Kunimi "Mmm ... let's go then."
