"i don't want to make my hopes up though since both you and minho hyung hasn't reciprocated, but it all started when we started to get along often, like hanging out, he even helped me fixed myself, from the clubbing hyunjin to this normal but seems not normal  hyunjin" he chuckled

"ooh~ that's why i often see your paintings posted on your social media"

"you do?"

"uh-huh! i thought it was just a painting from someone else, need my help?" jisung asked

"to what?"

"uh.. to seungmin, i know you badly wants to date him, i can help you"

"but im not sure if-"

"c'mon hyunjin, just let me help you this time" hyunjin has nothing more to say, but to accept the squirrel boy's offer

right after then, they joined seungmin at his spot with their drinks and food

on the other side, minho remembered how seungmin just passed by him, not even bothered to look at him

this made minho feel bad since he's not used of seungmin ignoring him, now his mind were flooded with many overthinking

"minho? you okay?" vernon asked while waving his hand in front of minho

the boy looked at him with blinking eyes as he recognized him, he then snapped out of his zone

"where's seungkwan?" he asked

"ordering some iced americano, why you seem so down?" vernon asked again

"are you familiar with seungmin?" he asked

"ahh! the class president from dentistry, he's popular in our campus, why?" vernon answered

"because this dude is a problematic ass bitch" seungkwan butt in, sitting next to vernon

"look, he ignored you but that doesn't mean he hates you okay? he's just protecting your friendship, that's what i sense though" seungkwan continued

"wait, what are you and seungmin?" vernon asked

"long time bestfriend, i confessed to him, but not reciprocated, how funny right?" minho said

"i saw him, jisung and hyunjin by the way" seungkwan added

"where?" minho asked

vernon, scrolling on his phone saw hyunjin's posted photos with the two. he then immediately show it to minho

"that's what i was talking about" seungkwan said

minho has no idea why is jisung with seungmin and hyunjin, he doesn't even know why they're together

he shrugged off his thoughts then proceeded to discuss some things for their upcoming report

"but thats what seungmin suggest to me before~" minho whined

seungkwan and vernon exchange looks as if they already know what will minho try to say

"fine fine fine, we'll go with seungmin's suggestions, it seems better than yours though" seungkwan lowkey savage said

vernon choked on his own americano from hearing his boyfriend's bicker that made minho rolled his eyes with a face

"just shut up your mouth or ill make you eat this sheets of paper" minho said, only earning a chuckle from vernon

"sorry guys, you two are too damn funny, for real hahaha"

time passes by, its time for the three of them to go back to their places. minho checked his phone then saw missed calls from jisung, also some unread messages

minho got his eyes wide opened when he saw seungmin replied using jisung's contact

"did he just talked to me indirectly?" he said under his breath

im sorry if i didn't make it
we're too busy discussing about our report
ill make it up to you

on the other side, seungmin with jisung and hyunjin is about to leave the place they're currently in

"you just talked to minho hyung, but the difference is, you used my contact" jisung told seungmin who hummed

"you can't ignore him that long, are you?" hyunjin asked

"he's my long time bestfriend, and i can't set that aside just because i didn't reciprocate his feelings for me" seungmin said

jisung and hyunjin understand what their friend was trying to convey to them, they know seungmin needs time to process things and let time do its job to fix things between him and minho
