Chapter 30: Back Home.

He always have to create misunderstandings between me and others. He deserved the slap.

I walked away in rage towards my room. Then slammed my door roughly.

"Now Alina would believe him right?"

I whispered, and slowly sobbed.

"Why does he always do that? I'm so tired of this.."

Edward POV

I stepped out of room. As soon as I did, Elina's door slammed shut.

Is she okay?

I was about enter her room but Brittany did. It would be awkward if i go in now.

I'll talk to her later. As i head towards Teddy's room, my eyes caught the attention of Jack.

He stood in front of his room, his head down and palm rubbing his left cheek. It was slightly red.

"You okay?"

"Uh, yeah."

He cleared his throat and walked inside his room. For a second i thought some demon possessed him.

My phone rang and it was Alina.

This reminded that i had to talk about something important to Elina.

But anyways.

"Yeah?"

"Hey meet me in the garden. I am waiting."

"I need to tell you something important."

She added. I groaned. I was so tired and now this. I thought of declining.

"No i cant-"

"It's about Elina."

I paused.

What about Elina? I have already told Alina to not bother Elina.

"Okay."

With that, i head towards the garden in front the mansion.

"Edward!"

I groaned inwardly.

"Go ahead."

I was expecting her to say something like "me and Elina are friends!" But no, what she said next made me mad.

"Elina tried to sleep with Jack."

I frowned, immediately getting in the defence mode.

"I don't think so.. she would never."

"But she did!"

Alina spoke in anger.

"Edward, i am warning you, don't you dare get yourself hurt okay, i don't trust Elina!"

"But i trust her. She would never do this."

She sighed tiredly, making a 'i give up' expression.

"As a friend, i care about you okay, anyways, how's your parents?"

"Better than ever."

I immediately smiled. All thanks to Elina, we are on good terms.

I missed my dad, and because of Elina it all became better.

"Woah, that nice!"

"All thanks to Elina."

I added. Her smile dropped.

"Elina Elina Elina! You are obsessed bro!"

She let out. Ofcourse, i love Elina.

"Can't help it. I care about her."

"Yeah you do. You should ask her what's going on between her and Jack."

I frowned.

"There's nothing going on. Jack and Elina don't go along with each other. Don't trust what Jack says."

Alina rolled her eyes.

"I trust Jack okay?"

It was my turn to roll eyes.

"You have been talking about Jack a lot. What am I missing here?"

She looked at the ground biting her lip slightly.

"We'll.. I'm kind of uh.. interested in him."

"Brace yourself, he has already got a girlfriend."

I shrugged.

She whined out of frustration.

"Damn!"

I laughed a little. Poor girl.

"Wait- is that why you hate Elina? Because you think something's up between her and Jack?"

She slightly nodded.

"Don't you laugh Edward, you'll cry when you find Elina is cheating on you."

She spoke boldly with her hand on her hips.

I shake my head. She misunderstood Elina. But before explaining stuff to her, i need to talk to Elina about something very important.
