In the lousy streets of Los Angles, there lives a monster. A smelly, gross monster, with a heart of gold, kinda. Waste is a towering, chunky, and gassy living trashbag. He eats and lives in garbage. He collects litter from the roads and saves it up for a week or so. When the week is over, he binges on his stockpile, and, if he's able to, he goes outside. He reeks, never taking a shower, and God, his gas is atrocious. It's enough to make a person vomit in disgust from just a whiff. It smells like rotting trash. No matter if you're standing in front of him or (unfortunately) behind him.
He is quite a nice guy, but he is a trickster to other people. He likes to rip massive farts or burps in front of people's face, just chuckling afterward. Also, although he usually eats garbage, he also likes to eat regular food, and people too.
